Wish the workers would actually look at what my order has and make it the right way. I always ask for ez lettuce and always get normal or more instead. Asked for extra mayo and get light instead. Have avocado added to my sandwich and it's not very much and never ever spread, just clumps in the middle of the sandwich. The sandwich it self is always good, just never get my order right.
I love Jimmy John’s but the last three times I have ordered food there they have messed up my order. Today I ordered the totally tuna number 15 and they forgot to put the cheese on it. A few weeks ago I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and they forgot to put the chicken on it. At this point, I feel like I need to double check my order before I leave.
I placed my order through the drive through. The guy who waited on me was terrible. First he was acting like I was an inconvenience. He didn't ask if I wanted to add cheese and didn't ask if I was a rewards customer, which I am. I said oh I want cheese on my sub. When I got to the window to pay all the workers were laughing and horsing around. I asked about rewards when I remembered and he said too late I can't do it now. Then when I was eating my sub it tasted kinda dry so I opened it up and it didn't have any manaise on it. I guess they were too busy to pay attention to their job. They didn't have customers inside and only one car besides me. I will not be going back to this location as this isn't first time with issues.

Have ordered from here at least twice a week for the last month. At least once a week they dont bring the drink or the chips... always seems to be something missing. Have started to call and tell them the first couple times the brought the drink to us an hour later... this time after an hour and a half i called them back. I asked for the manager. He said that it was dropped off and left at the door. So i went and checked all 3 doors... nothing! He said what can we do to make this right. I said you're the manager you tell me. I said I don't know maybe give them their money back. Or maybe a couple sandwiches for free. Like I said this happens almost every time they forget that drink the pickle the chips it all adds up. And normally we just shut up and deal with it. I guess we'll see what happens in the next week. He said we may get some coupons in the mail.
Very rude workers. Ordered delivery food for the family. After about an hour called bc it had said delivered but it was no where to be seen. Explained the situation and the manager didn’t seem to want to talk to me anymore. They gave the phone to the delivery driver who then told me it was dropped off on a porch which after I reminded him of my address he says oh yea, no it was a different address. Ok, but it’s not even on the correct street? Asked if I could at least get a refund and they rudely told me, you might see it in 3-5 business days. I know things are hard right now for workers everywhere and mistakes do happen but the rudeness was unnecessary. we won’t order from them again.
These employees at this location are by far the best I’ve ever had experience with. I wish I could do more to give back to them than just paying and tips. I swing by there just about everyday at lunch after overcoming a five year long anorexic eating disorder. They always greet me with excellent customer service and always have my order ready and correct. They don’t know the struggles I’ve overcome to just be able to eat again but they always do the best to make it easy for me keep my health with little stress. I’m forever thankful for them.
I went to get a sandwich and a cookie for dinner. They forgot to give me a receipt and did not give me my cookie. I called and they said that I could come back to pick up my cookie and when I drove back, they told me that if I wanted one I would have to pay for it because their staff did not take my order properly. They wasted my time, gas, and energy as I would not have driven back if they had not told me explicitly that I should drive back. They told me that there was nothing they could do for me about the situation. The lack of empathy and diligence gave me a bad experience and I will not return to this location.
Rather much enjoy Jimmy John's. Today though, the young man working the drive thru was rude on the mic and at the window. Side note: If you're going to wear a mask, wear it properly. If you're not going to wear one, then don't. Not sure JJ's policy on this. Specifically asked for a #1 with out tomatoes. Got tomatoes on the sandwich still. I don't think this would have happened if the other four younger employees had actually been paying attention, instead of talking none stop. Even with the drive thru window closed, I could hear them talking from my car. Not that talking at work is a no go, just pay attention and focus on what you're doing. This JJ seems to lack a sense of professionalism. I would say that it is because of the younger staff but if they don't know any better, that's on management. Behavior reflects attitude, and attitude reflects leadership.
Not only does this location have A little tiny delivery area they do not carry all menu items. They were also very slow and didn't give me the right size sandwich. And when i told the lady i ordered a different size she just said "no you didn't" instead of I'm sorry i misheard you or what can i do to fix it. Lazy lazy lazy. All around bad experience. Then when i got home to try to enjoy my half of a sandwich they didn't put the correct toppings on said sandwich. Will not be making another visit. Jimmy John's need to clean up their act.
