Was waited on by LA Dave and had a amazing experience. Red Robin has found a gem with this gentleman. Extremely courteous, Intelligent, and attentive to every customers needs. Bottomless fries, great food,and 3 dollars beers for happy hour. I will be a lifetime customer.
Went in about 4p to beat the rush. My server was very attentive and loud. Which i could deal with I guess. Ordered appetizers and received them and ordered food and waited and waited and waited. I finally got my chilli and it looked like over cooked slop, and not even warm. The bottomless fries never came and soda was flat. Really disappointed.
I loved the burger I got. Haystack Tavern burger. My server was excellent and my burger was free for Veterans Day!!Food: 5/5
Our waitress, Abby , was awesome ! We came in specifically to get a Guinness shake, after I called to make sure the Grandville location told me they were out of Guinness ...only to have their shake machine stop working before I could drive there. Abby was great tho, and I had to settle for a plain Guinness.
Top notch food and service, huge menu of burgers and other mains. Good atmosphere and endless fries. Our server Medina was first class, friendly, polite, informative, and all around helpful in decision making plus getting the football game of choice on the tube close to our table. Of all the different burger selections we went with a typical bacon cheese burger deluxe, mine on a pretzel pub bun, why disguise the flavor of beef?
Do NOT order the fish and chips. Went out to eat with family, and my sister and I ordered fish and chips..... both meals were not cooked all the way and were soggy. She took hers home to reheat in the oven, I left mine right there on the table. If I wanted to reheat and eat at home I would have stayed home. 6 was amazing though. It was great to go out with my niece and nephew and I wasn't paying so I didn't complain but I won't be back and it was my 1st time eating there. Onion rings were bomb though, they were cooked right and crispy.
There were 8 of us in our party for our Granddaughters birthday. James was our server. He was absolutely amazing! He didn't miss a beat even with being short staffed. The food was amazing as well! Thank you James for a great experience! We appreciate you!
Love to go to Red Robin during happy hour! I fill up on the appetizers and cocktails! Delish. Marissa the bartender/wate staff is amazing. She's friendly, quick, and very attentive, if you get a chance to eat the pretzel bites, you won't regret it! Enjoy!
The place is really great. Our waiter is very nice and he making everyone laugh. I want to say thank you LA Dave . I can't wait to come back in again
I ordered some chicken tenders carry out and they gave me buffalo. When I brought it back I also realized the egg on my burger was sunny side up. I told them I wanted it over easy but didn't have time for them to correct it because I was on my lunch break. The Chef then came out and apologized to me personally. He explained that the burger always comes with a sunny side up egg unless we order otherwise. Even though it was my mistake, he then gave me my money back for my whole order! Appreciate such great customer service and will be back because of it.
