The salads are super delicious! The manager, Benjamin is absolutely wonderful! The energy and positive attitude he has is so rare these days and refreshing! They walk around and get you refills if needed as well! You don't find service like this at any other fast food joint!

I went here for the first time today with my grandma and the service was amazing. Linda took our order at the front counter and checked on us at the perfect times while we were eating. I always thought the ads on Hulu were a bit over-exaggerated but it really was like that today. 10/10 recommend

Ordered myself a meal and separate chicken sandwich as I was starved the whole day on my own accord. Food was hot and delicious! Friendly staff and speedy turnover time, highly recommend it. Lines LOOK long but MOVE very quickly! Kid-friendliness: Shorter bench style seats and available high chair option. Parking: Easy to access lot.
Went on a Tuesday and got my 12 year old a free kids meal. She loved it. This is only the second time ever for us eating at a Chick-fil-A. I got the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and added buffalo sauce, which was awesome. My wife got the 8 piece nuggets and some kind of fall shake that was really yummy. I don't recall what my son got, other than lemonade and a pafait. All in all, it was good and filling. Price was alright for the amount of food.
I don't really care too much for chicken, but they do a really good job here. I haven't tried everything, but the items that I have tried have been very good. I've had the deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwich a few times, the chicken nuggets a few times, the mac and cheese, and the waffle fries. Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich - Hot, juicy, crispy, very good. Chicken Nuggets - Tender and juicy, very good. Mac and Cheese - I gave it a try and it was okay. Waffle Fries - Hot and crispy. They hold salt, ketchup, and flavor better than the other fry types that you get from the competition restaurants. When I was Down South there was a chicken salad sandwich on the menu so I gave it a try and I was surprised at how good it was. I ate the sandwich, returned to the counter, and ordered another to go. I haven't seen the sandwich on any other menu boards since I left the South. Anyway, thumbs up for Chik-fil-A. Give them a try the next time you're out and about and looking for something to fill the belly. Haha.
I chose this location for my first time experience, I went knowing it was probably a big hype..little did I know the magic that was soon to touch my taste buds not only were the chicken nuggets actual perfection, the Chick-fil-A sauce was a uniquely beautiful experience of itself. Don't skip your mac-n-cheese, It will not disappoint!!Food: 5/5
This was my 1st time eating inside the restaurant. I have to admit I was skeptical especially since it's in Muskegon. My little girl insisted we go here. I've had Chick-Fil-A 2 other times. Both times were OK but I wasn't impressed with it. This time I was impressed and I am definitely going back.Food: 4/5
Food is delicious and the atmosphere is inviting. The staff and management here genuinely care about people- and it shows. I was here with my family on a busy night and- on two separate occasions- the owner Matt saw that I needed something from across the restaurant & came to me right away to help. From the top down, everyone who works here makes you want to come back again.
