I walked in, and a female took my order very quickly. However, when my food was ready, another employee stood by the registers and yelled my number. I had to go get it. The employee who took my order was standing behind her. Why did she have to call out my number? She couldn't walk 10 feet to deliver it to me? It was far from busy inside or outside. In fact, there were only 2 young men inside and their food was delivered to them when it was ready. Sorry, but that is poor service at its finest. Sad to think service quality hasn't changed in several years, but then maybe that's why people don't go inside anymore. I live nearby and drive by regularly but never see a crowd inside but long drive through lines.
Service is usually ok but there are days when more attention to detail is needed. When ordering they couldn't get my order right. When I started my order I was the only one in a double line. She couldn't seem to get the order right and I had to wait while she fixed it. 4 cars from the other lane went through and she still couldn't get my order correct. I only ordered a happy meal. When I finally received my order I should have checked it b4 I got home. It was incorrect. No apple slices as requested and wrong sauce. My granddaughter was upset by the error to her lunch. Frustrating day for a simple order
Erin or Derin, was a fantastic representation of the restaurant. He got the food fast and correct, and was making jokes with us through our wait time. Everyone working with him tonight was doing a great job and I thank you for the amazing experience. Keep it up!!
Good and fast service most of the time, but sometimes the sandwiches are a total mess, and they’ll short you on fries.
The only McDonald's I'll go to within a 30mile radius. I always go in to order because the wait from the drive thru can be a bit long. I never have issues with my order, the workers are nice, it's very clean inside! Note: I only have ordered breakfast from this location
I was coming in to get breakfast in the morning. It didn’t take long for me to get my food but the food here is the problem. I have never had a problem with how the food tasted here until today. I went to take a bite of my breakfast sandwich and started gagging. It tasted like skunk it wasn’t even burnt. I am VERY disappointed. I had someone else make sure it wasn’t just me and to my surprise it wasn’t just me. I expect them to check the quality of their food before sending it out.
Usually quick to get our food and receive the right things - which does not always happen at other locations. They could definitely be friendlier. We never go inside so I can't say of any experience with that. I've heard nothing good.
3/27 order #851 ordered inside at 6:35 and received order at 7:09pm. My order was made wrong and wrong again. All I wanted was Mayo and Tomato! SMH Whoever was in charge this night desperately NEEDS professional customer relations training, intensive customer service training! She shouted at everyone the entire time instead of talking to each customer and engaging with them. She announced shouting to everyone “You have to ask for cups we don’t know what you have unless you tell us, come and get them while I am here” then when it go too much she shouted “lobby is now locked, You can leave but you can’t get back in” That was at 6:48pm. 10-20min later she got a call and told the person she didn’t lock doors. Idk if they were locked or not. One customer ordered 2 small shamrock shakes and they way she told this lady that she could the 2 larger shakes was like she was scolding her. The customer walked away with the look on her face as if she had just gotten screamed at by her parent. But then the customer turned around and gave her a receipt for the two small shamrocks she purchased two of the teens and told them “here you could claim two free shamrock shakes since I got these larger shakes for free” several shakes and McFlurries were handed out to ppl because they were “mistakes.” All in all it was! This person should not be in charge of the place without proper training. Her team felt her stress and that threw them off as well. That shouldn’t happen.
I absolutely hate this McDonalds and should know better than to go to this location. A few weeks ago I was headed to Green Bay to teach a class. I ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg. The cheese was so sour yes sour I could not eat it. I called the store and the manager said ok I will check on the cheese and she hung up on me. Fast forward to this past Saturday 02/04/2023. Again headed to Green Bay to teach a class, my husband was with. We ordered a buy one get one for 50 cents breakfast sandwich with a code from my app, a large iced coffee and a large coke. I asked 4 times for them to put NO sugar or sugar syrup in my coffee. I wanted ice, coffee, half and half. Twice at the drive thru speaker, once where I paid and once where we picked up and all confirmed no sugar of any kind. There was so much sugar it was disgusting. Additionally they only took 50 cents off instead of charging me 50 cents for the second sandwich. When we got to the second window we pointed it out to the kid that was at the window. He got a manager who was so rude. She refunded our card, basically threw the card back at me and walked away. Never again will I go to this location. If I want McDonalds that bad, I will drive to Delafield!
Used drive thru. Transaction was clean crisp and what you'd expect. Food was fine and what I expected. It was a good cheat from Mediterranean diet...for the nite.Food: 4/5
