The restaurant is architecturally cool. A very modern type look with futuristic looking chairs and tables. The food was reasonably priced and was good. Restroom was clean and I am happy I stopped here
The food is fresh, hot and tasty. The staff are always eager to give you a great value for your money. They're helpful and very pleasant. The food is great along with the employees which makes me going back. Vegetarian options: Choices available without meat. Cheese and beans and rice. Kid-friendliness: Friendly, open atmosphere. Family friendly. Parking: Plenty of parking, with spaces for handicapped parking.
When you pay for a meal Shouldn’t it be made the way YOU want it and not the way everyone else wants it?? If I say I only want 1 or 2 stripes of sour cream and your employee ignores me and throws like 15 on my food it peeves me off. Pay attention Show some effort to LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER I like to taste my food Sour cream is supposed enhance the flavor not drown it all out
Really wish I could leave a 0 star review. Music was so loud employees can't hear each other or the customer. I ordered a chicken bowl and was charged for a steak bowl. I asked for the complete your meal deal, I got the chips but no salsa or queso. Their soda machine was 95% empty the person checking us out, outright told me that they just didn't want to fill it, so he forced us to get bottles of soda. When I went to bring these concerns up he told me he didn't hear me ask for the meal deal he couldn't because their music was to loud, he did give me the dollar back for overcharging me on the meat, but refused us our salsa and queso. Also their was minute maid in the soda machine working, which my husband would have drank, but the guy at the register refused to give us soda cups, but gave the lady behind us a soda cup. There were also people that work there sitting around doing nothing, they could have been filling the soda machine, the whole soda machine being out is just pure laziness, and what really miffs me off more then anything. Forcing us to spend an extra $6 on bottled soda just because your being lazy, very poor business etiquette. And the lady put a GIANT handful of cilantro on, so if you want cilantro, but want to actually taste the rest of your food make sure to just ask for light on the cilantro...
We had 2 catering orders for 2 shifts. Angela the catering specialist was extremely helpful!! The first order was for 11 am and we picked it up. Not only was it ready, complete, and organized, but they helped me carry it all out to the car. Then we had delivery for our late shift. They came and set everything up! The price was very reasonable and it was DELICIOUS! I would recommend to anyone that is in need of catering an event. Thank you Ocon Qdoba for making our employee appreciation lunch easy and delicious!
Horrible!! Do not place your order on the Qdoba app and expect to get your entire order. Once again placed my order online and they forget one of the three items I ordered. I also ordered the chips and Queso and got 1/3 of a bag of chips. When we went back to pick up the missing item.. it was supposed to have NO beans and have grilled veggies. There were no veggies but loaded with black beans!! Why paste a label on the top of the container with what is supposed to be inside and give you something else completely different. We live on the opposite side of town so to go there twice in one night and still not get what we ordered is ridiculous!! We are done trying to give this place our business. Oconomowoc Qdoba
After months of coming back to Qdoba they did listen to my review I left last year, about not making online orders in time. They have been on time for all my orders and the service is very nice, food is always good. Thank you for actually improving your customer service
They put extremely too much cilantro in everything they put cilantro on and they never have a sense of urgency. I had to stand and watch and wait for the prep to finish her conversation with another family which may have been her own family because she gave no cares that me and like 3 others where waiting for her to finish her conversation which was in Spanish may I add and management seems timid to say anything or correct the behavior though you can tell he wanted to tell her to pick up the pace
Have been to this location a number of times, and each time it gets worse. They have changed the quality of the ingredients, and it has made the meal taste horrible. I paid for my lunch, took a couple bites and threw it away. The store was filthy and they no longer offer straws? The soda machine had ONLY coke to drink. Everything else was out. Won’t be going back. Just horrible.
Extremely rude worker— I order the surf & turf bowl— on the billboard it showed the price of $12– once it was time to pay it rang up at $15 & I asked why is it $3 more. The lady employee said “oh it’s more money if you add toppings” I said well couldn’t you have told me this before I added the toppings? lol just rude customer service & her tone of voice.
