Train your employees. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Supposed to be far quicker and more convenient, right? Nope. I pull up to lane one as there was a car in lane two. Lane two places order and I wait three minutes for someone to say over the intercom “you’re in lane one, right?” I said yes and he said he’d be right with me. I waited AT LEAST five minutes. Then a pickup pulls into lane two and they start taking his order. So I just pull around to the window and tell them I have a mobile order and no one helped me for seven minutes. An obligatory apology followed but I was told to pull off to the side while they made my order. What???? I placed a mobile order, they should have it already. I’m still pulled off to the side waiting as I write this see picture. Meanwhile, four cars that arrived after me have already gotten their food and I’m still waiting. Waited 7 minutes for no one to help on the intercom and now waited another 5 here and still no food that I ordered and paid for on the app about 30 minutes ago. TRAIN YOIR EMPLOYEES!!!

Was there on Friday. When we got there, there were no other customers in the drive-thru. After waiting longer than usual, they came out with the food. When we got home we found out that it wasn't even our order. Didn't have enough food for our group. We ordered for 3 adults and got 2adult meals and a child meal. Somebody else got a better meal than us!!! Having problems complaining because we don't have our receipt. Don't understand how you can screw up an order when for awhile we were the only ones there. We certainly deserve our money back or some free meals...for adults.

I am really not one to review, especially negative reviews but WOW the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. This was my second visit and also the second time they forgot things in my order, only for me to have to go back around and get stuck in the drive through for more than 30 minutes. I couldn’t wait anymore because I was trying to get kids home for bedtime so had to leave. I called to ask for a refund for the food I didn’t receive and the lady that answered the phone immediately gave me attitude and accused me of yelling at her and told me she couldn’t do anything for me unless I came back inhard no, I don’t have time to come back in for a mistake they made, especially with the wait times!. I understand places are under stress right now with lack of staff but that was no excuse for the extremely rude staff member. I have never had an experience like this before and will not be visiting again for sure.

Went through drive through. The lady working the morning of 1/14/23 gave Chick-fil-A level service and I appreciate it. Ordered French toast sticks. Everything was hot and came fast, no complaints.Food: 5/5

If I wanted mayo soup in a bread bowl I would go to Panera Bread. You have to give it to them, at least they are consistent at something. Even though that something is making bad food. In the dozen or so times I've been to this location since it opened, I cannot say I have ever had a good experience. I keep telling myself "maybe this time will be different?" Everytime I am greeted by a stale bun, hard cheese, cold patty and soggy vegetables absolutely drowned in mayo. All I order is a #1 with cheese, medium fry and medium coke. All I get is disappointment.

Ordered two sandwiches. Both moldy. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away.

I went through the drive thru and while waiting for my food I witnessed two employees standing right outside the door of restaurant, smoking. They then proceeded to go into the restaurant and immediately went to bag up food behind the counter WITHOUT washing their hands!! First rule of thumb in food service—wash your hands!! Disgusted to say the least. I will not be patronizing this restaurant ever again!!

This place is so slow. There are virtually no cars in the parking lot and no cars in the drive through, yet I have to wait 7 min to even order
