I had ordered for delivery to a business with 2 entrances. I gave delivery instructions to the specific entrance. After an hour and 15 minutes the order had not been delivered. I contacted the store and was told that the driver was turned away by security. This was a lie as I work with the security team. The manager continued to lie to me stating that the driver attempted to call me. I never received a call. I understand that mistakes happen and everybody is short staffed. The rudeness and lack of professionalism exhibited by the manager, who refused to give her name, was unwarranted. I've order from this location several times with no issues. I will not be ordering from this location anytime soon.
This J&J is AWFUL. I ordered over 30 minutes ago on my break because I thought it wouldn’t take them a half an hour to deliver ONE SUB less than 5 minutes away. My break is now over but can’t wait to hold a sub I won’t be able to eat, then I call and get attitude about “well we’re short a driver so there’s only so much we can do” ok. Then DONT DO DELIVERIES. Get it together honestly.
I can't say a lot about the service and the atmosphere because I'm a delivery driver there, I think I'm still employed there... but I can say the food is very delicious. My 14-year-old was completely obsessed for a while and he's a picky eater, so definitely preteen approved lol. It's fun for a quick family dinner. To be continued....
Absurd Apple Pay wouldn’t work. They said it doesn’t always work. It was the only form of payment I had. Been a customer before. Could bring back the payment, sandwich already made, but they said I couldn’t have the sandwich and come back later to pay. Think people. So you tossed a perfectly good sandwich because someone didn’t have the cash in hand but would be back. Stupid. Will never go back to this place. For a $12 sandwich you lost a customer and tossed out a sandwich. Good job. Found my ccd in my center armrest. Went back in to say out of principle that I wasn’t going to buy it or be back, but wanted to talk to a manager. Smirk on her face “if you have a complaint, contact JJ corporate.” Wow again. These employees need a little customer service training.
I love JJ because of the great food and friendly service. The employees are efficient and make a great sandwich. Lunch hours can be hectic for a number of different reasons which the employees may not have any control over so patience is the key here during busy times. If you can't wait then order ahead of time and pick up. I love the Little John #2...its just enough for lunch. In today's world of fast found I think the Oconomowoc store rates 5 stars! Good work JJ!
Waiting a hour for a fast delivery??? I only live 2 miles away. The third time this has happened. Called store to check status and told it is what it is I would suggest taking freaky fast off your slogan Guess I will start ordering pizza delivery for lunch, it is faster Jeff
The service at this location is really declining. On multiple occasions now, when we've ordered delivery, the subs aren't labeled at all, no straws for our drinks and no napkins. At least the subs still taste good. But as far as the service goes it's not good at all. Update May 7th 2022 - The service has been night and day better. The last 3 to 4 times we've ordered from here everything was great.

Over an hour and still waiting for delivery. Not fast at all - terrible service. I should have checked reviews before ordering- this location clearly has a problem with slow delivery.
Since I was in Oconomowoc I decided to visit JJ. I usually visit the closer Fort Atkinson store and am always delighted with my order. I ordered one turkey and one roast beef sub. It was like I ordered lettuce subs. Very little meat! Needless to say I will not be back at this location!
