Starbucks

It's the case of the missing coffee! I have gone to this Starbucks many times, and this has happened a few times randomly, but never to this extent. This morning I went through the drive thru, and ordered just a large white chocolate mocha. The lady at the window was pleasant as usual. They got my order out very quickly, which was great because I was running a little late to an appointment just across the parking lot. She handed me my drink, I thought it seemed a bit light as I put it in the drink holder in my car. I went across the parking lot literally 3 mins, parked, carried in my new untouched coffee and sat down. I opened the lid right away to see that it wasn't just a little light, but 1/3 of a cup light! Starbucks coffee is already pretty pricey, but to not get what you paid for takes the cake. Essentially I paid for a large, but got a medium. I didn't have time to go back to have them rectify the situation as I am still at my appointment writing this review. Not sure if they will even do anything about it. The coffee tasted yummy as usual, the issue is literally just the 1/3 of a cup missing. Even took a picture, not sure if I can post it with this review.

Really disappointed this morning. Ordered ahead on the app for a pick up time of 7:57am. Finally around 8:15 I had to cancel my order and rush to work, without my coffee. There were about 30 people also there waiting for drinks. I understand being busy, but it’s getting ridiculous.

Yes, a very busy Starbucks, we all love our Starbies, hence the lenghtlier wait at times. The baristas are top notch! Friendly and efficient. And not to get personal but, are you really complaing about a long wait on Thanksgiving morning!?! Dude how bout being thankful they were open, I know I was Just saying, Peace

How do you build a new building, add a drive thru, extra associates and somehow be slower than the old building across the road? We ordered a good 17 minutes ahead... Everyone looks sloppy as if they just rolled out of bed.

Ordered through app to pick up in store. Gave an extra ten minutes because I already know this store is very slow for in store service. Tried to get the attention of several employees - you know that they can hear you but they are obviously trained to ignore the in-store customers because they refuse to even look at you. Several customers had to raise their voices “excuse me!” Until they were finally acknowledged. The employees are very curt and unfriendly to customers. NO ONE smiles. So after waiting over a half an hour for a coffee, and seeing other customers who were voicing waiting longer than that - I asked the manager Hannah why drive thru takes a few minutes and everyone in the store has to wait over half an hour. She was very rude and curt, very unapologetic, unprofessional, and made it sound like it was customers’ faults for not ordering drive thru because ONLY drive thru has priority. So if you want your order you should order thru the drive thru and then take it into the store. Out of all the Starbucks this is the ONLY one that the employees NEVER smile and they are rude!! I’ve even had a girl tell me that my daughter must not have liked her drink because it had coffee in it. Instead of admitting that she forgot a step while preparing the drink. I said to her “isn’t this Starbucks, a coffee shop?” I would like to add that Christy is the ONLY employee who is nice to everyone, who looks people in the eye and truly tries to work hard. Upper management really needs to get to this store and see how badly it’s run. Find out why the employees are so unhappy with their jobs, why they are not only openly ignoring customers but being rude to them. It’s not managed well and to see the manager Hannah be that openly rude to so many customers this place definitely needs a management overhaul.

The order ahead is never on, ever. I’ve tried every morning for nearly 3 weeks to order my coffee before work, and it’s always turned off. I do not have time to wait 15-30 minutes in the drive through or in the cafe for my coffee, so I rely on order ahead. What is the point of offering order ahead if it’s never turned on? It’s very frustrating to have to go out of my way to get coffee at the Delafield location. Please turn the order ahead back on!! Also, the staff is not friendly. The couple of times I was able to order ahead a few weeks ago, I had to ask for a cup sleeve each time as well as a stopper, and no one said a word to me when I asked. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. This newly reopened location is a huge disappointment.

I go to this Starbucks at the very least once a week. Staff is pleasant but they get my drink wrong every single time! By the time I notice it, I’m already on the freeway. I go at 6am so it’s not like they are super busy! She always reads my order back to me so I know she knows what I ordered. I look at the printed label on my cup, it’s not even what I ordered. How? How do you read something back to someone and still have it printed completely wrong?!

I'd suggest going to a different location. The new location at least has a drive-thru. I just spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Once I got my drink, I had to wait another 5 mins for our second drink and to ask for a napkin cause there was coffee all down the side of my drink. Never again am I gonna wait at this location. This was ridiculous!

Not a fan of their coffee. I just don't understand the draw of Starbucks. I can go to any other coffee shop & be treated much kinder. And this has been at all Starbucks I've been to. One young lady was sweet but the others ignored me when I went to the counter for something. Another customer came in & same thing. I'd much rather support the local coffee shops than give my $ to this corp. I have a bunch of gift cards. Guess I'll gift them away. Not even the draw of free coffee will pull me back in there.

Solid Starbucks and fast service. Was through the drive thru in 3 minutes with one car in front of me. Got the drink right so I’m happy!
