We went on a rainy Sunday afternoon and found it to be a fantastic atmosphere. The service was amazing!!! Jeff and Raquel do a fantastic. They have a selection of gluten free for my wife and it was amazing even though it's not my thing. I got the focaccia bread and it was increadable. After talking for a bit we found out that Jeff is retired firefighter like myself and we had a lot in common. We ended up buying some fantastic soap and loved all the lite things they have for sale. We are going back when it is warmer to try the ice cream. This place is so understated and a real gem. We sat by the fireplace and started designing our new home on a napkin and the relaxed feeling made it so special. Again the owners are such amazing folks and if you have not been here before it is so worth a visit. They have done amazing things with this place and you can feel the positivity and kindness all around you. Go get a coffee a scone and top it with some ice cream you won't be disappointed!!!!!!
First visit. Everyone working was friendly. My Americano was good & I enjoyed it with a lemon scone. They have a lot of in house, freshly made pastries. I usually go to Seattle to get a good coffee, but know have a much closer to home coffee house.
Coconut pecan bread pudding was delightful. The jalapeño popper 'crumpet' my description had a corn bread texture, and was okay. On balance, the tasty treats & pastries here are hard to beat. Also, on this day, the music was a bit loud, and a constant theme in the genre of Green Day. It gets old folks.
Kids enjoyed cupcake and frozen yogurt. The Lemon loaf was good. We enjoyed the seating area. Perfect place to leisurely sit and enjoy the coffee, baked items, and yogurt
I wanted to love this place, so tried it twice. I don't know why it's as highly rated as it is. It's a cute shop, but the confectionary is disappointing. I thought about bringing a date here for cupcakes and coffee, but I'm glad I came with members of my household instead. It was embarrassing to be excited for such a let down. The pastries look way better than they taste. We ordered a variety box and two drinks for approx $40. The pastries were dry, bland, frosting hard, the ratio of raspberry cream cheese to danish was 1:10. I'm a sweets girl to my core! I've never thrown away the remainder of a dessert from not liking it until my visit here today.
Frozen yogurt and toppings are good. Bakery items are a little hit or miss. Cupcakes are great, as are the danishes. Chocolate chip cookies are decent, but the lemon blueberry scones leave a lot to be desired. I couldn't taste any lemon or blueberry really, mostly just the massive amount of sugar the scone was coated in. Certainly not worth the $6 I paid for it. My favorite is the bacon danishes which are absolutely fabulous.
Oh my gosh! This place deserves 5 stars easily! Amazing variety of treats and everything has been excellent! I also want to make note of the amazing customer service. The gal who has helped me the last few times is incredible, she labels my sons boxes, packages everything nicely so it looks amazing when I get it home and always is kind, considerate and friendly. I really enjoy getting desserts here! Always fresh, the quality of ingredients is exceptional and always something new to try! If you haven’t been here it’s a must! I ordered way to much to photograph :
Coffee was good iced mocha and Americano however, the food was a complete letdown. Reviews and pictures made the pastries and baked goods look fabulous but the savory danish and cupcake I ordered was dry, flavorless, and the danish was cold. The options for food are not great, would not come here again.
I went here for the first time yesterday, and I wish I had know about this place sooner!! All of the baristas were so sweet! Not only that, but it's the perfect spot to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea, or get frozen yogurt or a little snack and enjoy good vibes. Whether you want to hang out for a while or just pop in and out, you seriously won't regret stopping in! I am definitely going to be a regular from now on!
Stopped by 02/12/23 for some froyo. The place is so cute! I was a big fan of the atmosphere and decor. The froyo was good, but as we were finishing it up I saw one of the girls behind the counter brown hair w/ purple shirt picking up toppings from the topping bar with her bare hands and eating them. GROSS and unsanitary. Especially with wet ingredients. Edit: I'm sorry the staff denied it. I very clearly saw the staff member eating toppings though. Hand go from bar to face, and chewing. Good on the owner for trying to get to the bottom of it immediately. Very respectable imo. Hope it gets resolved because this place really is a cute spot!
