The two individuals behind the counter looked irritated that I was in line. No greetings or hellos the entire time I was there. Not sure what was going on, but the vibes were off tremendously. I’ve been a barista before, so I get it, but still… Latte left a nasty aftertaste. I was really hoping to find a nice local coffee shop that would be better than Starbucks. Oh well. The search continues :/
I love this coffee shop. All the baristas gave me suggestions that I've enjoyed. The last time I've been here, I took my parents and sister to know the place. We all loved what we asked to eat or drink, since the lattes, espresso, and sandwiches. The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere makes the experience even more memorable. The venue meets up to expectations, with pleasant and passionate personnel and a diverse selection of inexpensive, well-balanced options. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful, and the location is quite handy. Try their coffee now, and you won't regret it!
I have been wanting to leave a review and not cause any disruption of their current rating. I really did love this place because I go and get my homework done while relaxing at the same time. Their staff is always fabulously nice and the drinks/ food are delicious. My only problem is that each week, for quite a few times in a row, I had ordered a drink with breakfast, and the drink had been forgotten each time. The food came out in a timely manner, but I'd have to go to remind them that I never got my drink. I've seen this place grow and it's wonderful to see the traffic that goes through there now. I've been willing to spend the extra dollar and tip every time because it had been my favorite spot for a long time. My only suggestion would be to have a better ticket system when things get busy, because I understand how having two to three people try to get through a room full of orders can be challenging. I have no problem waiting a while, but when a significant amount of time goes by when others get their full order and you don't, it puts a damper on the experience.
A great place to chill, relax do some meetings while having some great coffee. Place is always busy with most of the seats taken but, if you come early you can find a seat.
A great little coffee shop. Unfortunately, it's tough to see from the road because there is no outdoor sign, but I'm glad I found it. The service was excellent and my breve latte was one of the best I've had. The interior is spacious and we'll decorated with plenty of seating. The way the seating is set up, you can stay pretty far apart from any other parties. They also have a good looking food menu, and all the other drinks looked great. The pricing is about what I expected and was well worth the cost. It is a spot that is certainly worth checking out and if you don't want to go indoors, they do have a drive-thru as well.
I came here because I heard they make their own pumpkin spice…. However I’m not sure if I’ll return due to the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get your coffee. God forbid you go through the drive thru and someone orders more than one drink, you will be waiting for 30 minutes. Even when it’s not busy it takes a long time, the workers are nice but they have no hustle or sense of urgency…. So this is definitely not a place to stop really quick before you go to work because you’ll be late.
The coffee I chose was too strong, but that's my fault. The sandwich I had, was good, but I think it could have been better. Service is slow while there were a few people in the store it wasn't that busy and staff service was very slow.Food: 4/5
Please note this review is from a non-coffee drinker, so my opinion probably may not be relevant. I like Tredwell for the environment. It's a good place to meet with a friend or to connect with someone about business. But as a non-coffee drinker I judge coffee shops by their hot chocolate. And Tredwell's hot chocolate isn't particularly good.
Expect to wait a little for your drink as it’s made to order. Wish they had a better food and snack selection but happy to see gluten free and dairy free options. Staff was super kind! Seating can be tricky for large groups so plan ahead
We’ve been supporting Tredwell for years, and in the last 3 months, operations have become consistently disappointing. Criminally short staffed, run out of drip coffee, 15-20 min wait times for an espresso drink. Frankly unacceptable and disappointing, as this has been our neighborhood favorite spot
