My initial experience with Automobile en Direct was excellent. Alex was very helpful and was able to find us exactly the car that we were looking for. My experience since then has not been great. We had a major problem with the car that we purchased and after calling to see what could be done about this issue, I never received a call back and after two weeks, I had to go to the dealership myself to try and get some answers. After being reassured by a manager that my complaint would be addressed and that I would have the winter tires that I requested ordered, I again heard nothing for two weeks and then had to both contact the head office and go to the dealership again only to find out that my tires had not yet been ordered. I dealt with a very helpful person named Cory in the service department who finally was able to show me that steps had been taken to rectify the mechanical issue and he ordered tires for me and set up the appointment. The appointment was supposed to be confirmed by telephone the next day, however that did not occur. I did show up for the scheduled time and dealt with a very nice lady at the service department and the gentleman who drove me to my place of work was also very pleasant. However, when calling the service department to see when my vehicle would be ready, I was re-routed several times and a receptionist finally took a message, but didn't ask for my name and seemed put out that I was in need of knowing when my car would be ready as I have children to pick up at daycare. I guess in summary, I feel that the communication on the part of Automobile en Direct has been severely lacking and it has put a damper on what was initially a great experience.

Bought a car for my daughter end of September . Spent 4 hours with Simon Campagna discussion the price and safety. Reasured me that the winter tires were good for 2 seasons. Well after to many close calls, we got the tires check. Firestone tires that are completely bald and no longer on the market for good reason. Makes me wonder if the tires were changed before my daughter pick it up. Shame on you for putting my daughter in a dangerous situation. I will let others know.

Terrible experience at all three locations. We came down from Gatineau for the weekend and scheduled a showing with them for a specific car we wanted. They texted us an hour before to confirmed we were actually coming and that the car was ready for us. Once we got there the car was actually sold since a few days. We went around the lot and check for others possible options. We actually find the one we would have bought to be told this one was actually sold after looking at it for 30 minutes. No sold sign was on it and was very misleading and disappointing for us since it was in the showroom, which are reserved for cars that are ready to go. The same car was still showing online on their site many days after saying it was still available and we knew it was sold. They have a lot of click and bait simply to get customers in. They will then tell you that they can find the same car for the same price after wasting your time driving there thinking that the car you saw online was available. We than schedule 3 more showing for the next day at their 2 other locations and confirmed with them that these cars were actually there and available since we would have driving back with it the same day. While we were driving to the locations the next day we called to confirmed simply be told none of the 3 cars were available and were all at the garage for maintenance. They pride themselves on their online experience when actually there’s a lot of click and bait and their information is poorly updated and accurate. Very misleading company. Be advised that they don’t negotiate the price at all.

Love my Mercedes! Great service, before and after. I knew what I wanted and they helped make sure I got it :) I've had my B250 for a year now and still no problems with it. Went back a few months ago with my sister in law for her new car. The staff took the time to make sure I still loved my car and get feedback. You can tell they aren't just there to sell you a car and get on with it. It's a nice change from other car dealerships! Though I feel like I'll want to keep my car forever, I'll definitely buy my next car at Ile Perrot when the time comes!
