I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one’s worth it.nnNour at the call center got everything started quick—booked my appointment right away and confirmed the car was available.nnAfter that, Daryk made the whole experience. Super helpful, easy to deal with, and just made everything feel smooth and straightforward.nnLaurent, the finance manager, really worked to make the deal happen and put everything together properly.nnOverall, really solid service all around. You can tell they actually care. The 30-day bumper-to-bumper Protection Plus on my 2017 was a nice bonus too.

everybody was so helpful And had great communication with me. There was not a day that passed where I had to call Out of stress to get information or rushing them to do anything. Everything that was promised to me To be fixed or looked at was done in a timely manner And any delay that came with inspections or certification Was well worth it as when I did my proper inspection The car was in top tier condition. Ask someone who doesn’t know much about cars and got screwed over with my first one dealership and the people that work in it did an amazing job at reassuring me doing everything I asked and more even taking their time to explain in detail certain things that I did not understand. I would shut their names out, but I don’t know if they’re comfortable with their names being sent out there.

The bad reviews are true. I walked in with a semi-decent credit looking at particular vehicle that was priced very well. Gave them a call to set up an appointment, but I asked the person for the Carfax, which he said “he doesn’t have.”nBy good faith, I still went. Got served by a young sales person. First thing I asked for was the carfax, which he said “I can get that for you AFTER you answer these questions.”nCar looked good on the exterior, but doesn’t mean the inside was. I answered his questions, and again, asked for the Carfax. This time he said “it takes us about 15-20 minutes to load it up.”nAt that point, all the red alarms started ringing. They basically pressured me into the credit check, finance manager comes up to me with his games by saying “I wouldn’t apply elsewhere if I were you because it’ll damage your credit”nI was then told by the finance director AFTER we did the credit inquiry that the car had $30k on the carfax…nnGo to a trustworthy dealership. Avoid these people like the plague for your own good.
