As usual, the team at Advantage Ford were very welcoming, and very polite and courteous. A couple suggestions that would have made my appointment more pleasant: I picked my car up after the garage had closed, so the back of the building is closed after 7pm. Once I had payed my bill, I had no idea how to get out the back of the building. I wandered around behind the show room for a couple minutes until I found someone to help me find my way out, but it wasn't at the back where my car was parked, it was on the side of the building and it was pouring rain, the parking lot was dark, and if there had been more cars, it may have taken me a few minutes to find mine. Here's a suggestion. Once I have payed, have an associate meet me to escort me to my car to help me find it in the back parking lot. It's a simple thing that would take a Ford employee about 2 minutes of their time, but it would have been helpful to me and I would have felt that I, as a customer, was taken care of from beginning to end of my A experience. Also, I had planned to have a remote starter installed on my car at the same time as my winter tires. Nobody told me ahead of time that I would need both keys to the car in order to have the installation completed. We had to cancel that part of my appointment, because I didn't have both keys. Someone really should have told me that ahead of time, either when I booked the appointment, or when they kindly confirmed my appointment the day before (which I really appreciate, by the way) in order to make the installation possible on that day. Thanks for listening! I hope this helps improve your customer service, which is very good, but just short of excellent this time.

Everything about my recent visit was excellent. From the tow truck driver that came for my car to the interactions I had with Jamie in service who was very pleasant to deal with. Work was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased.

Bought my 2016 ford 150 with the 2.7 with loaded options on supercab. Had to pay extra for installation and products to cover the bed(about 800.00), cover protectors underneath the wheels(about 500.00), bed tonner cover at 1200.00 with 150 hood deflector. This loan Got me at 49,500 dollars plus them installations. Got loaded truck with sidebars. Way overpriced. Should've gotten all that at 45000 including covering my installation parts. Ripoff from ford. Worst yet I had my first recall which I knew it was coming. Door latch on both sides can't closed up in cold temps(especially in minus 10 weather). Saw the notice online in the USA as it was made in Michigan, ford said to me it's not on their recall list but I get the mail in notice 3 months later. Even worst they saud they'll only fix it if they see the problem in hand. I had to go in and tell them off as I do night shifts as truck rig driver on the highways. Im not interested in keeping the door closed while im driving to work for 30 mins. They finally gave in after intense arguments. They replace the latches at est 1200.00 after repairs. Then one week later both on the driver side and my suicide doors couldn't closed at all. Went back they just readjusted the doors and more lube in it. Now I don't trust my truck long term. And didn't i mentioned my wipers washer guzzlers don't work too in cold temps? Oh I gotta put mixture of anti freeze and hot pot of water pour it in and after 2 mins it goes before it works. This is a problem dated back in the 70s-80s. It's a good truck drive wise, light and nimble, steering easy, got 11.0 kml/100km on 20,000 kms annually. Not bad but it can be better as most ppl would say well only 500 bucks more per year of gas I can get that nice 5.0. Now heard them turbos don't last more than 10 years thats a 2000.00 plus job. What a gimmick. I had a chev 2017 with the 5.3 crew cab as a rental when they fixed my truck. They lent me a chev!!!!! Very heavy drive but that 5.3 a real charmer I tell you. Very solid truck wow and even gm knocking on my door dump that shitbox and get chev can get me better price. I'm this ClOSE to switching to gm. But waiting for the new model 2019 with major changes. Thanks a lot ford. Gm I'm coming your way sooner or later.

Repairs here are not cheap by any means, as are at any 'dealership', but I can't complain. Repairs were done efficiently and on time. They were easily able to serve me in both official languages, and the best part was, they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. To me, that's important.

I have never experienced a car dealership work harder than these guys. Jonathan Raymond was extremely helpful in locating a vehicle that had the features I needed and at the price that I could afford. They took really good care of me. Can't ask for anything more. You will not be disappointed.
