The staff here was not attentive to me and my friends when we walked in. Only when I was holding something did anyone acknowledge my existence. When I said no to a fitting room the sales associates immediately just stopping talking to me all together. I love the clothes at Maurice's just the staff here does not suit the brand at all!

Bought my sister an online E- Gift certificate. I thought she could use it at any store but we later found out it could only be used online. They should put that in the description. My sister then order items online and a week later she received an email saying they refunded half the amount of what was the gift card and her items aren't shipped. They said customs sent them back and therefore she lost the duty and shipping. How is this my sisters fault items were shipped back? And how is the duty and shipping that was paid for still on her dime when she purchased items that she didn't receive? How does my sister even know they were even shipped and Maurice's is just trying to just screw her out the items she wants to purchase with an already paid gift card? What a joke and a scam! Big company with insurance charging someone for a package that was never sent or made it into the country for a reason she doesn't even know why. Fraud experts!
