I find the staff to be helpful when they're not on the phone with one of their other locations. Hit and miss with staff for sure. Some are super helpful others seem to be more interested in other stores.

Debbie Lapointe is a theif, she stole my niece's dog then beat them up when they tried to retrieve her. I can not believe she is allowed to work with animals.

Sold me a broken tank that leaks, filter doesn't work among other issues. Ruined my hardwood floor and stand. Would not refund my money or exchange or store credit. Had to report to BBB. Very unhelpful company. Don't waste your time or money shopping here. Online or Big Al's is way better!! Horrible experience! Will never shop their again.
