Been to this walmart Sat Nov 16 at 840am, pharmacy is closed and all the over the hunter produ t locked up. Was told.you have to come after 9am, went again Nov 24 @950am again everything locked up. Bad enough the location is at the other end of the store but at least follownyour posted hrs of operation on the store front, website and inform your staff that you are only open part time. Don't waste you customers time.
Would give no stars if i could. Would not recommend walmart grocery delivery. Half the time the driver can't find my house and cancels my order. So I went to the store and got my order and half of it was missing.nOh but I got a 15 dollar gift card. What an absolute joke.
I had a fairly large grocery load today and no bags but she rudely commented about how I was going to put the items back in my cart as is. Yes my bags were in my other car at work with my husband. Anywho, I was buying some alcohol but she was unable to scan it and needed to call for someone and I made small talk about how I didn’t realize I couldn’t do that in that checkout lane. She rudely said “Can’t you see the sign??” Which no I did not see it I am new to the area and god knows I do not know the layout of that store so approaching I was looking down I clearly didn’t OR I wouldn’t of gone to her cash. Then among a few other rude interaction including a chicken interaction where I went to grab the chicken she grabbed my arm and said “wait, I’m going to put that in a bag” This was an older woman at cash 16 today. I do not appreciate being physically grabbed or spoken to like that it made for a very unwelcoming experience to start the day off in a bad mood.
I went in to exchange items from Walmart and I was told no more returns without a receipt, I explained their own policy of in store credit for wal mart items and was still told no! So good job not knowing how your own store policies work, also very rude.
Walmart front Manager claims they're not responsible for retrieving their stolen shopping carts scattered across Pembroke. A senior lady gathered about 12 of them from ditches and bushes, placed in beer store parking lot, informed Walmart in March. Still sitting there.....NOT community minded!!
