I can't recommend this place enough. Ashlee was fantastic, taking the time to listen to what we were looking for in a bed and then steering us to exactly what we needed without being pushy or aggressive. Besides getting us a fantastic deal, she took extra time and care in setting up our delivery schedule as certain components were coming from different stores around the area. Ashlee and her staff are well deserving of a five star rating.

Kent did an excellent helping my two sons pick the appropriate mattress for their build and comfort level. He took the time to ask them questions and made sure they were happy with his recommendations. Kent even got us some great deals on other bedding accessories. I would definitely recommend Kent and Mattress Firm North to anyone shopping for a new mattress.

Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products he showed us. He was extremely low pressure in his sales approach and truly wanted us to leave being comfortable (pun intended) with our new mattress. I highly recommend this location!

My husband and I were in need of a bigger bed and something new. I am a back and side sleeper. He is all stomach and use to sleeping on a hard service. Ashlee our sales person was awesome with explaining things to us as far as what the different colors lining the outside of the beds meant. Blue - soft, Green - happy medium, and yellow firm. We live on a strict budget so I went in with a mind set that I wasn't going to go over a certain price point. With the mattress that we tried it was excellent a little higher then I wanted to pay. So we tried out something a little cheaper. But its like they say you get what you pay for. I couldn't be happier with our choices that we made. To top it off we get a mattress protector that has a 10 year warranty paid extra for that but well worth it considering that I like to drink water in bed while I am reading or what not. I would recommend if you are looking for new mattresses this is the place to go. Super nice sales associate and very informative.

A "BIG WOW" for the customer service at this store! Ashlee was our salesperson. She was so helpful and really understood what we needed in a bed. Professional and friendly. Not pushy, which if she had been, we most likely would have walked out and gone elsewhere. Explained the finance programs and helped us make the decision that works best for us. We feel we got a great deal on our bed needs and for Ashlee making it a great experience. We will make sure we tell everyone that this store is awesome and a great store to buy a bed!
