Absolute worst. I walked by 12 people not one ever said hello or are you finding everything ok or can I help you find something. 12 people who have no customer focus. Pitiful. And no I did not find what I was looking for went down several isle and walked the perimeter 2 times and couldn't find what should be in the store as it's simple insulation. Went in looking for reflectix and walked out empty and still looking. Will not come back to this store let alone if I'll ever goto a lowes as they probably all go through same training.
Lowe's is a definite go-to place for all my remodeling needs. Most everything is easy to find. When I do have a question, there's always some nice nearby to help me out.
Had the best experience ever at the Elkhart Lowe's on 33. Merele I think was his name. He was amazing and new exactly what I needed ans stayed until I was satisfied. Then before he could even get back to what he was doing before I asked for help he stopped and was helping an customer. Wow Lowe's you guys have an amazing team at the Elkhart Lowe's.
This is not a good place to buy tools anymore, because of their return policy. All tools returned need a receipt. This does not work with a tool that has a several year or lifetime warranty. Just buy from your local tool supply like Bart supply or Grainger.
