This store was well stocked and clean on my visit. This store still has the standard style of checkout lanes, and I also didnt notice much being locked up throughout the store so thats also a plus
The other night, I stopped at Walmart and used the self-checkout. After scanning just three items, my total was surprisingly high. I noticed the lip product I’ve bought for years, usually priced at $9.97, rang up at $15.96. The shelf tag still showed the usual price, but the register listed the product as a “body tint” instead of lip gloss.nnI canceled the transaction and asked the attendant for help. She explained that prices were recently raised but the shelf tags hadn’t been updated yet. The store was quite busy that evening with several customers needing assistance, so I didn’t have time to pursue it further or speak with management.nnI’m sharing this as a heads-up to fellow shoppers: always double-check prices at checkout and watch the product descriptions carefully. This could be an honest mistake or an update lag, but it’s frustrating nonetheless. I personally am reconsidering shopping here due to pricing transparency concerns.
Very poor management. Stood in a rather long line there was only ONE cashier when a customer 3 ahead of me forgot his credit card out in his car. The cashier held up the entire line and waited while this customer went OUTSIDE to their car to get it. He was elderly and it took quite a long time. We all stood in line while she stood at the register smiling. I approached the manager to express my disappointment in the fact they had only one register open and that register was a short one with no rotating lane to put items on which would significantly safe time! she told me she had to use the register with the cigarettes. Well then open TWO lanes or move the cigarettes. Or walk over there and get the cigarettes when a smoker comes. Surely there are not that many smokers compared to the people with carts filled with groceries that can't be put on the table. This store is very poorly managed and needs more experienced trained professionals that also can do customer care as well.
Absolutely insane. People lined up nearly to the back of the store. Open another thing? Nah, 100 people can wait in line to do self checkout. This is why I haven't been to a Walmart in 5 years. I was forced to go in an emergency this trip. Never ever ever again. I pray that Amazon puts Walmart completely out of business, and that the family who owns it, is left destitute on the street. Then, I hope they go to a good pantry, but the people there make them wait in an eternal line so they never get any food.
Every single time I go there they only have one register open and a huge line. Every single time. This is on the management. It's always horrible to go here. Do better Walmart!
