Got seated right away, ordered in decent amount of time but then sat for an hour waiting on food to come. Waiter said he put out order in right away but couldn't control the kitchen. When food finally came, I unwrapped my silver ware and saw that it had been used, had food all over it. The waiter said that should never have happened, ya think! and got different silverware. Had I been thinking I would have asked to see a manager. What was once one of my favorite restaurant s is now on my never go back to list.

This is like every other Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. Got breakfast at 9pm. Food as always is good and tastes home cooked. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Our waitress was very friendly and kind and generous with the condiments etc. Great experience.

Such great food. I have to drive 30-40 minutes to get delicious pecan pancakes, but it's all worth it. The waitress was really friendly and made sure our drinks were filled the whole time.

Food was great, but the waitress? Certainly no people person. I've always loved how personable the staff is there. This one may want to choose another path. McDonald's maybe?

The store is cool, my fish was good although small, but chicken strips weren't a big hit done with pancake batter. A few mistakes by the kitchen, and it really wasn't that busy. No excuse for that.
