I've worked with AlphaGraphics on a couple of projects - one simple printing project and one banner that I can change from week to week. I gave them a general idea of what I was thinking and told the creative team to have fun with it. They did not disappoint!
There's alot of options when it comes to a printing supplier but I have found the staff at Alpha graphics to be above the rest when it comes to assisting us in finding the best solutions as well as then providing us with quality products in a timely fashion. Quality was great. Customer service needs improvement, especially with communication. I am sure the place is fine for commercial use, but if you need a personal touch with customer service help, look elsewhere.
