Not a bad place to get your covid PCR tests. First report usually comes out late evening of the same day or early morning of the next day. Second report will come out sooner to give you enough time to get your green HDC code. If your are traveling to China this is a good place to get tested, with friendly service and fast procedure, price is fair too.

I am travelling to the United States today and I made an appointment with A Plus Travel tests last night, they had many appointments available so I was able to chose one that worked for me. They also have fair prices tests, unlike some of the other clinics I found. The staff were very friendly and nice and the test was super quick. I was in an out of the office in 10 minutes and I got my results emailed to me within 30 minutes of taking the test. If I ever need a Covid test again I will definitely be returning, thank you!!!

Test itself was good. I booked the tests for my mom and sister. Staff were kind, received prompt services. However, they reduced the price only 2 days before our tests. When I inquired about price match for the differences between what I paid on booking and the current price, they didn't even respond to my e-mail. To reply to the owner: Yes. I inquired in person at the clinic and they suggested me email. They said they can't offer a refund in the clinic. *Update: I received an email the partial refund price differences+tax was sent to my credit card. I appreciate that A+ travel clinic cares about satisfaction of their customers, therefore, I changed the rating from 3 to 5 stars.

I had a rapid antigen COVID test at Matters of Health today, and the clinic experience felt very safe and was extremely efficient. The form I filled out before the test was clear and concise. The staff were all very polite. The test itself was a breeze, not painful at all, and was over in a matter of seconds! I even received my results by email in less than an hour. I would absolutely recommend this clinic if you're planning on travelling outside Canada soon. Thank you everyone at the clinic for making the experience so quick and pleasant!

I checked around for the most reasonably priced pcr test with the fastest processing time for the result and so glad I found this clinic. For $157, the result is within 12-15 hours, this place is indeed the best value. Other places cost upwards of $400 for same day results. This staff in this place is very gentle and kind. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Did my mom PCR test during holidays on Sunday Dec 26 when many other clinics were closed or booked out and got the result of test in less than 24 hrs. Best price in Vancouver, very smooth procedure and super friendly technician, the only downside with this clinic is that there is no reception to answer your call and you have to email them. Despite the no answer to phone call totally recommended, will go to this clinic again for future testing. Thank you A+ travel team.

This service saved me!! I remembered 2 days before my return flight to the US that I needed to get a Covid test and began a google search. I tried a few places but could not get an appointment in time. Then I found A Plus and realized it was only a 6 min. drive from where I was staying. They accommodated me right away and I received my test results in time for my flight. They were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

My spouse and I arrived early for our COVID-19 travel test; the staff took us right in. The clinic was small, but very clean. They confirmed our identity, date of travel, and type of test required. Then we went into the exam room where we noticed all the tests for the several upcoming patients were neatly laid out on the table. The technician explained the test, in detail, and then took the nasal swab. She thanked us for coming and wished us a safe flight and a good day. We were out of there in 5 minutes. In short, the experience was nearly perfect.

there seems to be a change in staff because when I last came in for a covid test i came in twice before in august and november and had a great experience both times. i came in this time and was met with the most unprofessional staff, long wait times, and they never answer their phones. my nose still itches hours after the appointment. terrible covid testing staff and receptionist, DO NOT GO to this clinic

I never leave reviews, but thanks to Dr. Susan I would feel ashamed if I didn’t. Her treatment to my family was extremely friendly and efficient, she was quick and was great with kids! The test was quick and it was obvious that she really cared about us and did everything to ensure that we are able to make our flight and ensure that the documents are ready. Quick hands, extreme patient care, efficient, enthusiastic, and professional… what’s more to ask for. Honestly thank you.
