Thank you Lucille for fixing my hair!!! I've learn my lesson well.... Never settle for any other hair salon that will upset you because it doesn't meet your expectation. An excellent service with professional staff... I will never go back to that hair salon again... Neilla Ivulic...

Amazing place, I ended up coming here randomly a year ago, and I would never change. Very knowledgeable staff, with great customer service. Very polite, and everyone seems to remember my name, which makes it feel welcoming every time I'm here. I always leave with my expectations exceeded, and would recommend to anyone.

This is my very first time went to get a hair service with them and I absolutely LOVED it. Usually I go to the salon and I never come back but this one has the best customer service and they help you which products suit me best. I got the intensive treatment and My hair felt really light,smooth and shiny. Absolutely loving the result! They also offer free tea and coffee 😊 this salon will definitely the one I go to for a hair treatment.

I'm writing this in accordance to what I have experienced and what I think of this salon. I got a nose pierced done from them and I had no idea what kind of method they would be using in the first place.. 2 days later the nose stud fell out and I happened to be off work on that day so I was lucky enough to come in and had it fixed. Then I went out of town for the weekend until Tuesday and the nose stud fell out again and again and again. I was able to put it back in at first but the second time it fell out when I was trying to put my sunglasses, it fell out and I was struggling to put it back in but It hurt too much. the hole now is already closed up because i was out of town and the thing fell out too much. So I called the salon and the first lady (will not mention name) dealt with it in a frustrating way and rude. she even said "i don't even know why you didn't try to put it back on when it fell out", when i clearly said to her already that I tried and it just hurt too much. she wasnt very professional dealing with it which is stressing me out even more. I was already stressed out because i was trying to be careful to not get the nose stud fall out. I told her to please have the piercing lady call me back because I dont want to waste my time going there and i have to pay again. she replied "ok i dont think she has time for that " so she booked me in. the next day i called again ....again some other lady picked up and really she wasnt very professional either. she just doesnt know how to deal with upset client. I told her to have the piercing lady to call me back even just for 20 seconds and she said "no she doesnt even have lunch break or even 15 minutes". finally she told the lady to call me only after i got mad at her. if they really care about their clients, they would do anything for their clients. yes theyre busy but they should be able to spare at least a minute to call an upset customer. 2 ladies that called me back, they knew how to deal with stressful customer. I have been wanting this nose pierce for awhile and now that I have the money and the time, I was happy to get it done but this happened...so im not sure if i even want to go back. I ended up spending 66 dollar ...for nothing..Some of them are lacking in customer service. Great clips have much better customer service. pricings are a little high, so if you want to get your hair done with their pricings then might as well go to some fancy salon.

It was my first visit to this salon and I loved the service my haircut and the stylist Lucille was amazing will defiantly be Coming back and referring others!
