My wife and I have been seeing Sara for about 5 years - we followed her from her previous place because she was so wonderful. To have found somebody that remembers what you want, provides thoughtful advice, is passionate about her career - is rare. She's a real gem - I highly recommend her!

I have been getting my hair cut with Sarah at Guildford mall Chatters , I have long hair and i get my hair trimmed every 2-3months, and Sarah does an amazing job every time, she knows exactly what i like. She is the Best hair Stylist.

My wife went in looking for a straightening iron. The store manager sold her one which promptly died after 15 minutes of being turned on. My wife said the manager told her at the time she could return it but the problem was the manager neglected to tell her she would NOT get her money refunded; store credit only. My wife speaks English but is obviously ESL. Communication is key and I feel the manager should have made the effort to clearly explain the refund policy to my wife. After arguing with the manager, she pointed out the refund policy which I read. Yes it's my wife's fault she isn't proficient in English yet but hey, a sale is a sale right? She ended up with 2 large bottles of product we didn't need. Poor communication, too eager to make a sale, garbage product, inflexible return policy. There are better places to go.

Been here twice and about to go a third time. The store front is a bit cramped for me as I use a walker. The service is friendly and the stylist I see does a great job. I get what I pay for.
