I had a pretty awful experience and I thought I should share it for anyone else considering going to this salon. When I showed up the stylist that I requested was working on another client. It felt like I was just passed off to the next stylist that could take me (her name was Harla). She left me with bleach in my hair for an hour a half with zero check ups while she was doing someone else's hair. I asked to get my roots lightened and my hair toned grey. I left with my hair half pink and purple at the roots that will be the right color after "two or three washes", according to Harla. I understand that typically clients need to be left for long periods of time, however I was never communicated anything at any point, and when I was, it wasn't even close to the time I was advised. At one point she said she would come back after 10 minutes and after 25 minutes I had to ask for her because I was concerned that it was taking so long. This stylist charged me 85$ an hour to just leave me in the chair and do someone else's hair. In total I was charged for 4.5 hours for my stylist to work on other clients, tone my hair incorrectly, and provide me with very poor customer service. It feels like she left me waiting so long to make some extra money out of me and then let me leave without correcting her toning.

terrible customer service, employees are extremely rude and the manager is impatient and condescending. also, the makeup application was not very good.
