The lady waxing me at this place completely PEELED off my skin!! (I've attached a picture). I have gotten waxing done from different salons for 13 years and this is first time it happened to me in my life. She didn't apologize or correct anything. Instead I was charged and went home and saw the damage getting worse and worse. This was on NYE right before I had a week of important events. The pain burned so bad and I couldn't even use my hand for anything. I pray to God it doesn't scar over. I am so upset and I have had so many people commenting asking what happened. It was the worst experience ever and I will never be going back.

Very bad !! Today went for wax and this lady Nav did it so fast that she burned me !! I don’t recommend this place .

I get my eyebrows threaded and my roots touched up here regularly. It's a pleasant experience and I'd recommend.

I go here frequently. I went in today and wanted to get my eyebrows threaded.i never had an issue using my card for these tranactions here till this lady who quoted me 3.25 after service was done. I told the lady i am paying by debit she said debit is min 5 OK which means instead of 3.25 quote it went to 5.25 for just eyebrows. I couldn't say no cause service was done and I had no cash. My bank wasn't even close by and the bank close would charge a fee as big for change. Just ridiculous and there was no warning of a minimum charge for services on debit cards. I never gave her tip and dont plan on coming again after this unfair treatment.
