Wonderful massage. Very thorough.  Excellent service always.  But, after being a member for over six years, I suggest that the customer please be aware of ME's credit/debit accounting system when making payment for service.  Errors and misinterpretations can happen.

Depending on the therapist, you may have a good massage and working relationship, but you may be better off with local private options without a dubious contract. If you try them out and sign the dotted line for the membership; be absolutely sure they explain the nuances of the membership. If you end your membership before you use your appointments you may not be able to use them all.  Expiration dates should only apply to food and drink, but alas some companies seek to protect their own interests at the expense of the customer. For that, no matter how awesome the front desk was, and most therapists are (some understandably learning the ropes) it's difficult to give a rating more than 2/5.

Very disappointed with my massage! Never going back there nor do I recommend this place to anyone. I had a massage and foot scrub done for 1hr. The guy talked half the damn time with his mouth and hands. Didnt focus on the areas i specified at all, maybe spent a total of 2 minutes on my back!. Didn't use any lotions for massage!! I was very disappointed. Out of my 1hr session i got 30 minutes, the other 30min he yapped.

Loved the therapist - the management is shifty. Very difficult to get appointments with desired therapist. Available like after 8pm and on a very limited basis. Although finishing a year contract - they took three months to honor my request to cancel the month to month. I had to disable my card to keep them from taking money. (Which they tried to do!) All services are not available at all locations - did not disclose this up front - three therapists quit while I was a member there. Just be careful and forewarned. I would go somewhere else like Healing Hands. I think it's right across the street.

I was not pleased with this location at all! Nor the algonquin location. Poor therapist. I went in with a headache and an even worse one after. My therapist didn't touch on all areas and didn't fully satisfy my needs. Barely touched on areas I requested. I too am a massage therapist and just thought it was just such a basic massage. Never going back.
