The massage therapist are good at this location but very difficult to get an appointment when you really need one. You have to jump through hoops to get your membership cancelled. Had to call thrice and each time got different instructions for cancellation. They ask you to send an email to the manager's personal Gmail account ID to cancel membership .. Isn't that strange for a national chain ? I hope our memberships are cancelled on time and not auto renewed (auto renewal should be optional and not mandatory) My wife and I are hugely disappointed with Message Envy. Beware !!!!

I love this place with a passion my two massage therapists are wonderful always so kind and helpfully. Almost all of the receptionists are amazing and helpful, 2 of them could use an attitude adjustment and not rush people away as if they don't want to answer your questions...especially when I ask you what something is and u say this product and point at a picture on it....okay I get that it's that but what is the product. EITHER way even those two don't ruin it. I wish I found this place earlier.

Was there a few days ago. Very clean. Nice place. Had the full body massage. Felt like a zombie afterwards. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids.

massage therapist was excellent but was very uncomfortable in the end at checkout as they are pushing to get you to buy into their monthly massage program thst bills you automatically. I had to say no 3 times and even then was asked why I didnt want to join. It felt like a time share set-up. But i do want to stress that the massage was excellent.
