I absolutely love my Lifetime gym! The classes are always amazing, and the instructors keep me motivated every time. I especially want to highlight the Kids Academy — Alicia and Martha are wonderful! They’re always so helpful, caring, and welcoming, just like the rest of the front desk staff. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my kids are in great hands while I work out. Highly recommend!
Clean gym with a lot of space. If lifetime current training department didn’t steal and pocket more than 3000 dollars while simultaneously avoiding emails it would’ve been a lot more pleasant experience. Had to reach out over 5 times emails, calls NO response multiple times and go in person 3 times to get it resolved while more money was being taken with it only getting taken seriously once law enforcement was mentioned. Thousands of dollars pocketed for classes I’ve never took. Thank you but no thank you.
I am a college student who's been on winter break the past month and have been coming here on an offer they have for college kids, so that I didn't have to pay for a couple months even though break is only a month. The offer ended on the 4th, but the manager I spoke with extended the offer for me and let me keep coming for an extra week until I go back to school. Greatly appreciated!
Best kid friendly gym! We are obsessed with the kids club! It’s huge and has so many age appropriate activities for the kids! Including weekly parents night out! They are wonderful with the kids and it’s unlike any gym daycare I’ve ever seen. Truly top notch. All of the staff shout out to Jesse is incredible and they go above and beyond to run a top notch facility! They also have an incredible indoor and outdoor pool for kids! I don’t know how we would get through the long winters without this place. Can’t recommend enough for families!!
If you do like pickle ball don’t come herennI am a lifetime member since 2020, and I have never experienced such poor and inconsistent management as I have with pickleball at this facility.nnLast week, I came with friends to play pickleball. There were two courts completely empty, while open play was happening on the neighboring courts. Despite the courts being empty, the manager named Ryan told us we were not allowed to play because the courts were supposedly “occupied.” We were even denied the option to join the open play, even though people were actively playing and rotating. As a result, we were forced to leave.nnToday, I decided to do everything “by the rules.” I registered for open play in advance and arrived on time for the start of the session. Once again, I was blocked and not allowed to play. This time the explanation was that today only two courts are allocated for open play, allowing only 12 players, and I happened to be the 13th.nnWhat makes this unacceptable is that on other days, open play runs with 16 players and 3 courts, but today suddenly the rules changed. There is no consistency, no transparency, and no clear policy. The rules seem to be made up on the spot, depending entirely on the mood of whoever is in charge of pickleball that day.nnOnce again, while being turned away, there were two completely empty courts sitting unused.nnAs a lifetime member, this is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Pickleball should be inclusive and well-organized, not managed arbitrarily with constantly changing rules and poor communication. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in how this facility is run.
