I highly recommend Dr Mehta to any woman who is looking for a great Menopause doctor! Dr Mehta listens to your issues and concerns, and responds with an individualized treatment plan that, for me included the use of bio-identical hormones. Dr Mehta and her staff are very compassionate and efficient, letting you feel that you have been treated both as a person and as a patient.

I went to new trend for some laser services dr mehta was very nice as was the receptionist. The tech that did my laser was not nice at all. I have received many laser treatments in the past 10 years and the only reason I came here is my original place closed. That said I've had tons of laser treatments and know what the results should look like. About 3 days after my appt I called this office and spoke with the tech that did my treatment and explained to her that she missed some patches. That's all I said. I asked her if I can come show her what I'm talking about. She immediately became defensive and actually started mocking me!!!!! I couldn't believe it!! I again started to tell her I've had laser in the past and know what results should look like and asked if I can come show her the HUGE patches she missed and she was insanely rude for no good reason. Needless to say this place will never get my money (for what I paid I figured the least the can do is treat you like a human) but they need to hire new techs that don't need an attitude adjustment

I started to exercise and lost the weight and I am looking great. I wanted to see if I could loose inches now and so i decided to go to Newtrendmedicalspa for the HCG Diet. Wow was I surprised. I did not have to change my exercise routine and followed the diet per the instructions. I had a "Pigout Day's for the first two days then started to portion my meats and saw what foods were causing me to gain weight. I know have a better understanding of how to control my diet without any drastic changes. I still eat meat and fish and cut out the carbs (not totally of course). I have not only lost weight with this Diet but have lost inches. After the diet was done, I continue to still eat light and continue to exercise.(Even though with this diet you don't have too). I am still watching my diet and now my stomach or craving for food is a lot less. I eat healthier and now am educated on nutrition. DR has helped me to understand what was causing my weight gain. I recommend Newtrendmedical spa for the HCG Diet. Not only diet for anything that helps aging a pain less project.

Don't let the nice waiting room deceive you. I went to this medspa for a consultation for the SmoothShapes procedure and it was a very bad experience to say the least. I was lead to a room and a technician (whom was wearing flip-flops--not exactly "clinical" footwear) but was otherwise very nice, sat me down to begin an anaylsis of the skin on my face to "see what they could offer me"--even though when I called to schedule the appointment and filled out my paperwork I indicated that I was there for SmoothShapes. Later, when she tried to explain the SmoothShapes pricing structure to me, it was completely confusing and we were in a room--standing--with nothing being written down and verbally going in circles just trying to explain how the pricing works. She had to divide my thighs into "8.5 by 11 pieces of paper" to determine the treatment areas and cost (1 piece of paper is 1 treatment area, thigh is 4 pieces of paper unless you're extremely thin--I'm a size 12) The room we were in, which is also where the SmoothShapes machine is, was very unkempt. The counter was completely cluttered with stuff and papers and not organized at all, there was an item that missed the trash that no one bothered to pick-up, and an small empty box was strewn on the floor (the other person in the room who seemed to be in training stepped on it when trying to manuever within this small, cramped room). The Dr. was very nice but seemed to be coached by the technician through the pricing and how to determine the treatment area. The Dr. asked me--twice in 10 minutes--how I found them. I was asked to sign a price quote form that was hastily completed by both the dr. and the tech. My copy of the form did not even have the name of the procedure on it or the treatment areas indicated anywhere on it. I refused to sign it. When I left I obviously looked less than thrilled and was asked if the price I was quoted was "too high for you?" What if I had said yes, would they have brought it down just because I looked completely irritated? I didn't think I was negotiating the price of a car; pricing should have been clear and upfront. This place is very unkempt and unprofessional in every way, don't even bother with a consultation.
