Heavenly Massage

So Happy to share with you that this location is thriving and very customer centric. Recently I was in a lot of pain and made an appointment. The same day someone we knew passed and I was unsure of the arrangements so I shared that with Monica the Supervisor. She was so kind and attentive to this issue and prompted me with flexibility twice and when I finally arrived she showed so much care and concern. And my therapist was also excellent--Marina. Bravo!

I got a massage here and it was outstanding. Irina did an excellent job as her experience shows. It was relaxing and did wonders for my back!

Just finished with one of the best massage therapy sessions I've ever had. Audra was excellent! The environment was perfect and the steam shower after was a great addition. Highly recommended. I will be going back.

My wife and I have been getting 90 minute couples massages at this location for at least 5 years. Most of the time the personnel giving the massages are good. However, the management of this location is awful. We make our appointment a week in advance and when we get there, we have to wait up to 15 minutes past our appointment to be taken to our room. I have spoken to the manager and she thinks that is quite alright. Also, upon being taken to the room, we have to wait again for up to 10 minutes for the personnel to return and start the massages. Sometimes I get off the table and stick my head out in to the hall to call for the employees. There has been a considerable turn over in employees and the quality of the service has suffered considerably.
