I have been to many Indian Restaurants around Vancouver, Surrey and Tricities. Masala Boyz staff and especially the Chef out there is truly amazing and adds magic to the food. Recently it was our second visit in last couple of months and flavors in the food are truly amazing and very well presented. Its often said that the first you eat food with your eyes that's presentation, then the smell of the food and then finally the tongue palate for the taste of food. Masala Boyz seems to understand this very well. The food is well presented, smells good and finally it taste good. The food was not spicy and was very comforting. The ambience is nice and cozy as well, though the space is very limited, and hope they move into bigger place soon. Well done Masala Boyz & Girls.
Excellent service, great food, nice ambiance. We ordered many dishes but I forgot to take some pictures. We ordered medium spicy but I think next time I will ask for spicy for a more full flavour. The staff was SUPER friendly and often checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Bathrooms were clean, mask and vaccine passport mandates were being followed. We celebrated our mom’s birthday and they brought her a dessert so that was a delightful surprise! Thank you for the amazing experience, we will definitely be visiting again : FYI: we ordered coconut prawn, shahi paneer, veggie biryani, chicken tikka, chicken pakora, veggie pakora.
Dine-in experience was amazing, everything was so tasty, full of flavours. The quantity was pretty nice. Service was amazing, no long waits and the girls were sweet. Definitely going back!
Excellent service and ambience at the restaurant. We just dropped in as we were visiting another Business nearby and were pleasantly surprised. The drink menu is great and the ambience was perfect for the restrobar setup. The Dal Makhani was fantastic and the quantity was quite generous. It's not in a very busy commercial complex so finding parking won't be a pain. All in all a great place where locals can consider making it a regular.
A very nice place with a great ambience and taste. Paneer Lababdar - 10/10 - the dish was very tasty, it was a combination of kadhai paneer and shahi paneer with grated cheese and butter on top. The spice level, taste and everything was perfect about it. The Naan Basket: debatable Naans 2/5: I didn’t really love the naans. The garlic & plain naan felt like Walmart naans heated on a tawa. If you are white, you’ll be fine but if you are brown and especially from India, you’ll know that these naans are not it. The restaurant should work on their naans if they are reading this, especially when other Indian restaurants offer naan which feels more softer, authentic and in a way, fresher. Tandoori roti 5/5 : LOVED the tandoori roti. Nothing bad to say about it. Lacha Parantha 4/5: it was very good as well. Would love to go and try other of their dishes, not the naans till that gets better.
The ambience was so cozy & the music was perfect. We started off with coconut shrimps & let me tell you they were amazing. We ordered vindaloo at a medium spice level & it was the best curry I have ever had. So flavourful and it was perfect to eat it with their garlic bread.
Thought I’d give a new place a try and I had high expectations. However, the soya chap and jackfruit appetizers were a complete fail. Then we ordered gol gappe and they were like any other place. The customer service was great and our server was semi attentive.
We ordered ahead for a larger Easter meal. The dishes were all delicious with good portions and everyone enjoyed trying a variety of different things. I liked the decor and atmosphere inside and look forward to dining in next time
Me and my wife try and grab a bite from here when we skip a meal. Always good service and food l. Lasts us for two meals so we always parcel some food back home and have it the next day.
A friend suggested this restaurant for lunch. Located in a more industrial area of Langley it is rather unassuming from the outside but the interior is well done. It has a warm and welcoming feel. The decor is simple but has a rustic elegance to it. Masala Boyz looks like a family run business whose servicers are polite and knowledgeable. The menu has a nice variety of dishes to choose from. Our lunch choices were larger than expected for the price. I would say a very good value. Our food was excellent! I can see why my friend and her husband have made this one of their favorite restaurants. I, myself, can't wait to go back.
