Marwan's Global Bistro

First time coming here, and it was AMAZING!!! My partner is obsessed with this place now, and so am I! They got something for everyone! Regular food, vegetarian, and a few vegan items!! I love the fact that they actually make a proper vegan cheese burger with vegan mayo and vegan cheese. They even smashed the patty to make sure it cooked through. The staff were amazing and the food & drinks were to die for!! We did walk in and get a seat but all the tables around us were reserved so I'd recommend booking a reservation to come here. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Feel so fortunate to have such a great place in our town. Marwan and his team never fail to provide the tastiest food and excellent service. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal there. From their fresh salads , delicious curries, and pasta and meat entrees the flavours are delicious.

Amazing amazing food! We love the concept of a global bistro, with a grand selection of different foods. We had a lovely dinner here, we started with the beef carpaccio and fresh baguette + butter. The carpaccio salad came with anchovy dressing, and I am allergic. They made the switch to balsamic with absolutely no issues. For mains, we had the special penne with vodka sauce and pancetta, absolutely delicious. I had the mac and cheese, which only came in an appetizer size, however was quite filling. Sauce was creamy and pasta perfectly cooked. For dessert, we had a cream brûlée and the upside down pineapple cake. My partner found the cream brûlée to be slightly liquified, however I found it to be the right consistency.nnFor drinks, my partner had the peach bellini. I found this quite strong, but he loved it. I had the Shirley temple, which had a mature cherry flavour to it. Wish it was sweeter.nnWe walked in on a weekday for dinner, and did not have to wait. We did find the restaurant to be a tad dark, but could still see the menu fine.

Went there yesterday for lunch with my friend and it was such exemplary service and food! Our server, Steph W. was so fun and gave great recommendations off the menu and accommodated to any special requests. We ordered the butter chicken and the pasta special for the day. Both dishes were some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had! For dessert, we got the pineapple upside down cake and the molten chocolate lava cake, both were wonderful. The view of Queen street outside was also lovely to look onto as you’re dining, making the entire experience very enjoyable. Cannot wait to go back for more!

Had lunch here to get out from the freezing rain. Warm and inviting space. Staff were very friendly. We had the Chipotle Chicken Panini and each had soup as starters. Butternut Squash and Old Cheddar. They have a great selection of wine and ales as well.
