Nice little Italian place to eat. Kid's menu item seems a bit expensive, but overall a pleasant experience. The service is great!

It was my first time ordering from Jims. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery...delivery was quick, however $7 to deliver to Greenbank I felt was a little steep. Pizza was hot, lots of cheese, and very tasty.

Visited with hubby and grandson about 6 weekends back. Had visited about 2 yrs previously and had a wonderful pizza and experience. However, this time, both hubby and my pizza (mine was veg, his was equiv to meat lover) were swimming in a sloppy thick, white gloupy substance, which the poor (and few pieces of) vegetables were peeking through. There was no evidence of a normal cheese, and it didn't taste like any type of cheese I've had before. Even hubby commented that my pizza was tasteless with an unpleasant texture. We did, however, spend time watching the teenagers behind the counter texting on their cell phones, including when they were doing food prep. One of the male teenagers actually sneezed into his hand and didn't wash it after. Sad to say I won't be re-visiting this cute restaurant again whilst teenagers are in charge. If I see an adult, who is focusing on their customers, I'll give it another go. For the record, when a pizza restaurant comes in a long distant 2nd to Dominos, that pizza restaurant has a problem.
