We offer home baked treats, specialty cakes, bread and serve all day breakfast and lunch in our restaurant. Stop in for a visit!

Story

With over 50 years of family baking tradition, Hank's is proud to offer the rare skills of "scratch-baking" still done "the Old Fashioned Way" with all natural ingredients and no fillers, or preservatives.
We also offer a variety of European Specialties like: Dutch almond filled Pencees, and current buns, amandel gebak and during the holidays: authentic Dutch Stollen and Staven (Almond paste filled fruit bread and almond paste filled pastry sticks and rings)
We also make a British treat called Eccles Cakes: A crunchy puff pastry filled with a sweet chewy raisin and cake mix filling - Cornish Pasties: Beef, potato and onion filled puff pastry ready for the oven or microwave.

We offer a variety of home made cakes
Vanilla (with the sweet butter cream icing you loved to lick off your mother's spoon)
Chocolate (Rich and dark with a light sweet chocolate butter cream icing)
Marble
Carrot (we make our carrot cake from "real" carrots!! ~ what do ya know! ~ and slather it with yummy cream cheese icing.)
Banana (with a delicious banana cream filling and vanilla butter cream icing smoothed over top)
Black Forest cake - We use real Kirsch liqueur and sweet red maraschino cherries and top it with real whipped cream.
Dutch Cake Prepared in the traditional "Dutch" European Style. A fluffy white cake with vanilla custard filling and creamy European Style Butter Cream. ( A delightful low sugar creamy combination of Butter and Custard ) The sides are sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles
For a real treat, try this cake in mocha flavor! For a mellow creamy coffee taste.

Dutch Whip Cream Fruit Cake A light heavenly twist on the traditional Dutch Cake.
With Custard filling and real whipped Cream and mixed fresh fruit topping ( bananas, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin orange, and other mixed fruit ) Glazed with Apricot Glaze.
The sides are sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles, or ask for shaved almonds for a small extra charge.
