There an insurance company. Picking up very heavy boxes for work

They are very disorganized. Sometimes their email servers are down and some of their staff works from home. Due to the infrequency of checking their own voicemail, I had to call directly to their headquarter to ask their staff to reach out to the brokers. Please fix your administrative and communication system. It is not working.

Not only can I relate to the rude behavior of this company however the genuine lack of respect for clients is appalling

I have never done business with this company, yet somehow they tried to charge a years old credit card of mine. Fraud?

The rudest company I have ever dealt with. How they are still in business is beyond me. I left 4 messages with my “agent” and received zero communication. I called to speak with someone else, I was hung up on twice after waiting on hold for 15min. Disgusting.
