We had a cabinet filled with antique and expensive crystal bread from the wall smashing everything in it. We provide pictures and descriptions of all that was lost. We had a rider that resulted in a 100% claim. Great service and a great result. Highly recommend Intact.

Ask about the claim process before getting the insurance. It's more involved than you think. This company was pretty god with my claim. Their goal is to get the claim completed and resolved as son as they can.

My claims were handled smoothly, and on time. Excellent customer service and email response time. Although still not happy with how my renewal rates were arbitrarily hiked up 25% to match ICBC rates after a lower rate in the first year clean record and no at fault claims either.
