CNS Insurance

A laughable attempt at a company. We cancelled our service they sent us a nonpayment bill of 52 bucks. You don't work for us any more of course we aren't paying you. Try to contact them? Impossible. Just impossible. Not even on a dare would I recommend.

We have no Claim history for 22 years When it comes to cover water flood in our house They are unprofessional and don’t do anything right The adjuster ignores your calls and try to make everything hard for you I would recommend checking insurance company history how they handle their claim before

Atrocious service. Ted Fitch and Steven Songvilay's attempt at managing my claim was extremely disappointing and frustrating to say the least... They made zero attempt at subrogating my claim, missed numberous calls, meetings and didn't return messages or emails. These two's complete lack of care towards their clients is my #1 reason I wont renew my policy. Friends and family have also begun transferring policies after witnessing the incompetence. Avoid!

Really happy we had our home insurance through CNS. We had a small disaster and our adjuster, Jennifer Bullis was a pleasure to deal with. She was quick and attentive, and super helpful providing us with information on what to expect of the claims process. We were thankful we had insurance and were very impressed with the level of service CNS provided.
