J.T. Insurance Services

We have been clients of J.T. Insurance for about 25 years. They have been servicing our commercial and personal properties. What differentiates them from the rest of the companies out there, is they are a boutique insurance so you won't find yourself waiting on hold for hours on end like the big companies and then finally when you get someone on the phone you have to be transferred to someone else...especially during the pandemic. This service has been extremely beneficial to us especially during the pandemic. They are the only company that never used the pandemic as an excuse. In the past we have had a flood in a condo in one of the high rises downtown Vancouver over 100 units were affected. Our suite was the first one restored to even better than the original condition. We usually deal with Sheri, James and Warren and have received nothing but the best!
