Do not hesitate to get a contract lawyer immediately to review the insurance policy, will save you tons of time and money. ClaimsPro somehow mistakenly forgot my family was entitled to thousands of dollars in additional coverage for an incident they were directly hired to provide coverage on. Terrible company with terrible service.
Very slow and poor manner! Avoid dealing with them.
