Story

Our philosophy at Troy Shoppe Jewellers involves enhancing your jewellery experience. Rather than high-pressure attitudes or manipulation towards the quick sale, we seek to create an experience that is easygoing and friendly – developing loyal and completely satisfied customers – and friends – for life!
We do not believe in selling jewellery that you can find just anywhere… there are multitudes of jewellery chain stores and common websites for that! With our capacity to custom design, manufacture or repair jewellery, we enable clients to possess the jewellery of their dreams! We constantly create new, exciting, and unique pieces that set their owners apart from the crowd, allowing them to enjoy jewellery that is truly personal.

David was an absolute life saver! I had ordered 4 hatchets for my groomsmen for our wedding from a company and they were to be engraved...not only did they show up REALLY late, but they also showed up NOT engraved. I contacted David since we have bought our engagement ring, wedding rings and earrings from Troy Shoppe and David was right there to give me a hand! He was more than helpful with the super short time frame and gave me some of his connections to go through to help with the process. I was able to get the hatchets engraved and back in my hands in 2 days!! The guys absolutely loved their gifts and I am forever appreciative for all David did for us! We will continue to tell everyone about the service and quality of work done here and will be returning for future purchases again and again. Thank you!! -Preston/Erin

David was a complete pleasure to work with on our wedding bands. He is knowledgable, open-minded (we wanted very unique designs), and very particular, so we knew that the diamonds and the metals used in our rings would be the best quality. He communicated with us while he was designing the rings, and was honest and transparent about his costs versus our cost. If you want a unique set of rings and an expert to design them with you, there is no better place than Troy Shoppe Jewellers. We visited nine other jewellers in Calgary, and ultimately chose Troy Shoppe as David was such a pleasant, fun and genuinely passionate expert. Our wedding bands were always going to be special, but because of the guidance and the experience with Troy Shoppe, they are each one-of-a-kind and part of an experience that we both thoroughly enjoyed.

The Troy shoppe is my favourite place to look at and purchase jewelry. I have been a customer there since they opened. (Sunridge Mall days). I love the people, they are always very friendly and happy to just let you try on as many pieces as you like. I love to go and "play" a little it gives me a good idea of what I would buy next. My husband purchased a beautiful blue sapphire with diamonds running under the sapphire for Mother's Day for me, I LOVE it! :) So does everyone else who looks at it. You can just tell its of better quality when you look at it. There is nothing like diamonds and gemstones that actually sparkle! Cheers to everyone at the Troy Shoppe! Joanna Kasz

Great store, selection and even better service! Everyone I have dealt with at this store has always been so helpful and accommodating. Not sure why I ever went anywhere else for earrings for my daughter!

This was our first stop searching for an engagement ring. Denise made us feel very comfortable and spent a lot of time with us trying on rings and getting to know us further. We found a ring we liked, then went to 10 other places in the city. Denise provided the best experience out of everyone else, and had the ring we liked best. We are now life long customers!
