Have been going to this store since opening day, and have always been satisfied with what they have to offer, as their prices are reasonable, and their material and handiwork isn't a cheap knock off, and appeals to both sexes. While their selection of tough wear is large, such as cargo pants and waterproof boots, they also now include an entire section of comfy things, both for men and women! On a side note, this store has ridiculous left and right entry doors, with the counter directly in the front middle of the store. My last visit, they had finally been moved to a more logical location, allowing one to walk directly into the store. Thumbs up!

Suddenly long line up caught them off guard but they got on top of it quickly. My discount card expired recently but they honored it anyhow. Good visit.

I love this store. Very clean great selection of great quality clothes. Friendly staff . Since they rearranged the store it's so much nicer. Great work Mark's!!

Three people in the line (I'm third) with one cashier. She is dealing with a customer who has some returns and some stuff that was on hold and was having some concerns. Finally after about 10 minutes another lady shows up. This cashier started processing our order, stopped to place another employees order on hold for her and then thought it was more important to phone her supervisor to let her know she needed to get someone else to the cash as she was going to leave soon. All in all 20 minutes to make my purchase. Not customer service!
