Couldn’t find work pants 3 weeks in a row. Big mess on a shelves. Stickers damaged or pointed inside the shelf that makes impossible to find what you need. Mostly small and medium sizes. If you need 38/34 pants - good luck. But bunch of 34/32. Stuff useless.
Employee went out of her way to find the shoes we had come looking for and website said had 2 in stock in the size we were looking for. Discovered her scanner was pulling up the wrong shoes and willingly hunted in the back for them. It was at least 2 trips into the back to find them.
While shopping and trying on a lot of clothes, Kim began helping me with her honest opinion and I came out with much better looking and fitting dresses than I was originally trying on! Kim has a lovely personality and is a great Personal Shopper!!nShe’s knowledgeable about what types of clothing work and what’s in stock. She saved me from some awful looking purchases on me, not that the clothes weren’t nice! and when I tried them on for my husband, he liked all my finds! Very unusual!! There was another associate in shoes who was helpful also, but I did not get her name. When I asked her to help me she was happy to find what I was looking for.
Love the store. But they need more tills. Always a long wait. Brutal
Usually good service and staff. However this time, we were approached by a staff member while looking for a coat for my son. She told us not to even to consider purchasing a coat for him as he was not there. Good point. However, it was the tone and attitude she used. She was rude and disrespectful to us. And we left without any of our purchases. Not a good customer service day for the store today.
