Looks like a bomb went off in the store. Such a mess. Staff standing around doing nothing. I turned around and left after I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to open the change room. Stores like this force me to shop on Amazon.
They've got a great selection of runners for women 1/2 sizes even better, clean and organized, wish they would have had staff more easily found, I had to go go look for one, and I don't think they're trained to find proper sho size.
absolutely a mess, has been for years. stuff all over, boxes half opened in your way, clothes flung where ever.. other 2 Marks in city are clean and organized so not sure why this one looks like a cyclone hit it every day. can go in first thing when it opens and it's a mess so clearly not cleaned up night before.
I had a very bad experience at this location. I waited for help for 30 minutes, but no one came. There is no customer service at this location.
While shopping and trying on a lot of clothes, Kim began helping me with her honest opinion and I came out with much better looking and fitting dresses than I was originally trying on! Kim has a lovely personality and is a great Personal Shopper!!nShe’s knowledgeable about what types of clothing work and what’s in stock. She saved me from some awful looking purchases on me, not that the clothes weren’t nice! and when I tried them on for my husband, he liked all my finds! Very unusual!! There was another associate in shoes who was helpful also, but I did not get her name. When I asked her to help me she was happy to find what I was looking for.
