Customer service doesn’t exist in this store. Waited 20 minutes in the shoe department and finally had to walk up to some girl standing in the shoe section scanning boxes of shoes to ask for help. The employees stand around and talk to each other and ignore customers. Get to the till and none of the girls even say hello. Next time I’ll just order online and not bother them at work.

Yesterday I went in to buy a pair of shoes. Also on crutches. Young man that was working was very helpful, he went way far beyond on helping me out. I was planning on buying the shoes that were on sale Haley Hanson shoes. Black and white. I think this time I had the best service of all. But problem was out of the 7 different pair of shoes I was interested in not one was in my size. For being our main sportcheck store in regina you figure they would have all sizes. In the end I did buy shoes but I ended up spending $40 more than expected. Not happy about that at all.

The store is fairly organized and some staff provide good service. However, in the most recent experience I could tell from the beginning that the cashier lady was not so happy with my presence. I asked if they have a bag for my items and she quickly responded “we don’t” which they actually had as one of the managers informed me. Maybe she had a bad day idk. There were no greetings and no thanks. I am not asking for a wonderful experience but at least train the young staff so they are aware of basics of the retail business so the customer won’t feel upset after exiting your store.
