When I got to the store, asked if my parcel was in  which it was, normally after confirming they hand me the package but this time the very nice person at the counter asked if I would like to try on prior leaving which I did and she even opened the bag for me, I have never had such a pleasant experience there, thanked me for my business  wow

Small store but good deal and great service

I have to say the lady that help me today Feb 18th at 1: 45 pm was so helpful. I didn't get her name but so cheerful and positive. I had a bad week and she made my day.  The young man that was at the till was also kind. This is my favorite store I walked in she is way in the corner of the store and Hurd her beautiful voice welcoming my husband and I. I knew right away she was going to be a great help. Thx again

Fantastic store! I love the jeans AND the shirts. Excellent selection, with fantastic customer service to boot. My favourite jeans are the Warehouse brand, of course - but I see that that they have the Levi's denizens in stock too now! I am so going back on Payday... keep up the awesome work, Warehouse One! Ladies, if you are still in the quest of finding your "perfect pair of jeans".... GO TO WAREHOUSE ONE. You won't regret it ;

Absolutely love Warehouse One, I love the fact they have such a wide size range, it's great to feel like you fit in, be able to wear the same clothes as your skinny friends, it's nice to have options  Absolutely lovely staff, great atmosphere, I love it!

After an unfortunate experience the last time I was there, I will not be returning to this store. I was not greeted nor was I helped in locating the items I wanted to get. The 2 staff members working were discussing things behind the computer and I was an afterthought.

Poor customer service.  I wasn't attended to. I went there to look for stuff and they just pointed to where it was.  I went back to talk to the two ladies because I couldn't find what I was look for and they looked at me as if I was nobody and still pointed to where the stuff was.  I kept wondering if that's how they attend to all their customers or potential customers.

Awesome clothing store. Beautiful styles and plus sizes that fit perfect. The material is good quality. This is my favorite place to shop for clothing!

Good selection, but definitely friendlier customer service at the other two Warehouse One locations in the city!
