My grandma works there I would give it five stars but she took my candy away one time so four stars
My sister and I dropped by this evening and we were assisted by a wonderful service rep named Lisa. Lisa was so sweet, patient and helpful. My sister has anxiety and having someone like Lisa who was genuinely interested in helping and who worked so hard to make our shopping simple and fun was just priceless. Thanks, Lisa!
Terrible customer service. Women behind the counter thought it was ok to bark orders at me from across the store rather than treating me like a human being. Totally disgusted by her behavior and instead of coming out and helping me make a purchase, was more concerned that I apparently only sanitized one hand. I’m embarrassed for the lady working on Saturday December 12, 2020 and will never visit this store again.
I have found original clothing here. Great variety. Aisles are a tight fit for a power chair but staff are accommodating.
This store is good and prices too.There is only one store in Regina,Sask.Which there should be another one here,but I was told there isn't enuff people for a second store.Keep Strong

Ok. Like some of the clothing. As for customer service, a bit strange. I observed two customer interactions and was a bit taken aback.
Another one of my favorite stores, excellent.
