The jeans are amazing! Super happy with the options for plus size women. Service has always been great for me and returns have been flawless and quick.

This company has zero return policy. I bought a lighter gun I thought it as a toy and I thought I would give to my kids but when I backed to parking lot I found it was a lighter then I tried to return it. The plastic cover was not open yet but the old lady costumer service just rudely told me I can’t. It was my last time visiting the old navy. I will never ever get into that store again. I will tell my kids and all my friends. This store is Absurdly terrible.

if i could give negative stars i would lol… i have a rule where i will not buy anything if no customer service is given.. and none was given.. i even stood infront of the change room worker as she pushed by me to avoid doing her job. the piles upon piles of clothes on the floor is disgusting and i truly wonder how anyone can shop in this store.

It's one of my favorite stores to buy clothes.nReasonable price, and all the employees are so nice and friendly.

I can call it a super clothing store, I went their for the first time but not the last. I would definitely visit again. Atmostphere was great, I got help while looking for something and at the checkout. Got some good deals, too. Overall, a must place to buy quality clothing for whole family.
