All the boots I have gotten from Soleman footwear have been very good. One time I tried on almost seven pairs of shoes before I made up my mind on selecting a shoe of my choice… that’s how patient, knowledgeable and professional the staff is. 10/10 recommend you to give them a visit. I have been to many shoe stores in Regina and I would say for what they do specific to their store, they do it very well.

We were having a difficult time finding shoes for my mother, who is at risk for falling. We had to come back to the store to return shoes multiple times, as they didn’t suit her specific needs. The staff was very accommodating, and Jody, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and had shoes that would be safe for my mother. We are so grateful and appreciative for the exceptional service we received.

Soleman Footwear is our go to place to buy footwear. I am so happy with my latest purchase of boots. The employees are attentive and helpful and I love the selection available to me even though I require a special shoe.

The ladies in this store are amazing. So kind, patient and helpful.They always have great selection and are ready to help, whenever you are ready. I wish I knew their names so I could mention each personally but I have dealt with 2 recently in particular, who have been just outstanding. I would never hesitate to recommend the Soleman.

Horrible customer service by sales associate "Lisa". Didn't greet me when I walked in the door, only approached me when I was holding a shoe to look at. She took the shoe out of my hand, put it back on the shelf and asked what I wanted. I told her I was looking for this style in a size 9. She said there was no size 9 in that style nor in any other style of the same brand. I ask if she could check the back or if she knew this off the top of her head. She said she knew this and stood waiting for me to leave. Terrible service.

I am a Birkenstock person. I have worn them for years. I bought a narrow pair for the first time a size bigger than my typical size. I thought the narrow size felt better being bigger. But nope, wasnt going to work. I went to return them and she noticed a toe print was on the sandel I did try them on a couple times in my house and she said she might not be able to exchange them. Oh boy! But she came back and asked which pair I'd like to try. She was amazing! She brought me a few different styles, narrow and regular all in my size. She took the time to check my toes, my heels and make sure I liked the style. I was very happy with her service and I can see she more than likely treats all her customers like that! She really wanted to make it right!

absolutely wonderful people running this place. they are beyond helpful ! my usual was another store for footwear but time after time no one greeted us..no one helped us so I was most happy to find this store. it's a refreshing difference . my family all recently bought their sandals from this store... the staff helped us find our sizes as some brands fit different, and all are well made sandals with lots of designs and colors for all age groups . I returned after buying one pair of merrell sandals to buy another pair in another color as I loved them so much. my daughter loves her birkenstocks too ! proud to support a local business that have people who do care about their customers !!!

Very helpful and not at all pushy sales personnel. Great selection. Excellent quality. Haven't had a chance to go back there since November 2012 because I don't have a vehicle, but my sister is coming over from England 10 days from now and we're definitely going back to stock up on comfortable--yet attractive--footwear! It was first recommended to me by my podiatrist.
