Mario Tricoci Hair Salon & Day Spa

The worst manicure ever. I had an appointment for 11:30am saturday 3 Dec 2017 at the Libertyville, Peterson Road branch and I was right on time. The manicurist Sara came and got me, she was friendly. She did not even soak my hands in warm water, went staright to file my nails and then for my cuticles, she then gave a scrub and asked me to wash my hands. She did not even clean under the nails until i asked her to. I asked for a clear coat and she said buffing will make it nice and shiny and should hold good for two weeks. If the shine goes away, use the green side of this buffer then the white side, here you go with buffer. I was done in less than 15 mins. Gave her $5 as tip and paid $26 for the manicure. I should have just stuck with the asian place would have had a fabulous service. Very very disappointed at Mario, I have been to this location for other services and have never been disappointed.

This place was recommended by the Hotel we were staying at and I must say we were very disappointed. The place was empty but they said they couldn't take us. The girls at the front desk were very snooty, their loss because we found someplace way better down the road.

Worst experience! 2 really bad haircuts, staff not knowledgeable, unhelpful...Staff had 0 knowledge of their products..I was shocked and VERY disappointed considering hiw expensive they are. Advice..TRAIN YOUR STAFF..confused, inexperienced girls make you look very unprofessional.

My wife goes here and drives 50 each way miles because Kirsten is only one to get her hair color within all with exact formula that gets it right.

My daughters had multiple appointments. My youngest (7) had a nail appt with Sara. She was so patient and even made a unique art piece on a nail. My youngest was thrilled My oldest (14) had eyebrows waxing with Em, hair coloring and cut ( can't remember names). They weee all great
