I honestly drive 15 to 20 more minutes away if I have the time, to go to another location. This place is always dirty. You can never find the staff if you go in the evenings because she's somewhere in the gym working out. I'm really thankful we pay the extra so we can go to other locations.

Some of the new staff is good, some is not. 5 year member, and sometimes they don't seem to care that you are a long term member , meanwhile, they are always looking for new members. How about treating the long term guest with respect?

The staff is extremely helpful. The manager Jose goes above and beyond! Highly recommend joining.

Not so good honestly. 1. Overpriced ; 2. You will not find tissue paper during busy time in the gym; 3. Toilets r horrible; 4. No help or guidance from support staff. 5. You'll not find equipment liquid as well.

No customers service or People skills with the staff. They put forth no effort in maintaining a clean and healthy fitness club. It really is a dump instead of a gym
