I had purchased a facial for my birthday on Groupon. I made my appointment two weeks ago and had decided to add on a pedicure as well. When I went in today for my facial (which I was super excited for) the lady at the front informed me that I did not have an appointment for a facial. I was really upset because two days prior I had called and confirmed my time for the facial. The front desk lady did say they would do my pedicure for free but I was really looking forward to a facial. So I chose to leave and booked an appointment at Salon Bliss for a facial and it was the best decision I made! I had my facial with Kerry at Salon Bliss! She was absolutely wonderful! Do yourself a favor and skip this spa.

I've had a number of different services over the years, facials, nails, massage and haircuts, and have always received great service! The salon itself is very inviting and clean and the personnel are all very friendly and professional.

Allison was amazing! The facial was so relaxing and just what I needed! I would highly recommend! I will return for more treatments for sure!
